Keep getting sorry we missed you messages from dpd. They turned up yesterday but left without attempting to deliver. We watched them. Had another message today to say sorry they missed us. Again we are in, we have cameras, we have looked on the recording they have never been today. If you can't use a good delivery service you do not deserve my custom.

I ordered two sheepskin rugs which were both unbelievably luxurious. They were slightly different in size, and Beccy could not have been more helpful in sourcing and arranging a replacement. I truly could not rate this store or their product more highly.

This is a bit of a saga am afraid .
I ordered ladies sheepskin slippers which looked lovely on arrival .After a few wears everytime you took your feet out of them the whole lining came too .I called them spoke to a nice lady who said they were aware of this problem and would post a new pair out ...no need to send faulty pair back .
Great thank you . The replacement pair lasted a bit longer then the same thing happened .I phoned and spoke to a lady who said they cannot replace again and would action a refund .Thank you very much .I received an e mail but refund was minus my postage .I rang again spoke to same lady she said they didn't refund postage .I said I hadn't changed my mind they were faulty goods and I am entitled to my money back .She was rather rude said ye,ye,ye I will do it and put the phone down .
I waited and waited no postage refund came through .
I felt I was right so as I had paid through PayPal I put in a complaint and a case was opened with the seller .
A little way down the line I was advised by PayPal they had seen in my favour and postage of £ 4.95 was refunded to me .
Clearly I was right .

I recently purchased a pair of slippers which developed a slight fault. The J.C. Household customer service team quickly sent out a replacement pair. Great service, thank you!

Misinformation given by company resulting in financial loss. After 6 phone calls and many emails there was no resolution. Company made mistakes but accused me of being wrong, effectively of lying! Not good to deal with.
