In 2020 i moved into a block of flats in west london managed by JCF. Over the last few months i have been liaising closely with JCF in connection with a proposed refurbishment of my flat. I would like to single out for special mention here the role played by Debbie Ranger, who has followed my case with great efficiency and excellent care to detail. Anne

JCF very much added to the quality of our tenancy and provided a very positive experience. Any issues were sorted extremely quickly and professionally. I would recommend them very highly.

I had a really positive experience renting a flat which was managed by JCF. They were very responsive, dealt with issues quickly (our fridge broke & a new one was ordered straight away) and they always gave plenty of notice of any maintenance work / boiler services etc. Would recommend them very highly

We used Stewart White, of JCF, in our negotiations to purchase the freehold of a small block. The claim went to Tribunal at which Stewart prepared our case. His experience blew the freeholder's representative out of the water. The level of preparation was extremely thorough demonstrating a wealth of experience. This was the second use of JCF and we would not hesitate to come back to them, particularly if Stewart was the valuer.

Debbie Ranger from your Putney office was extremely helpful in resolving a problem relating to a flat owner in one of the properties managed by JCF. While she remains employed by JCF, I would recommend no other Property Management Company in the area.

Rosie from JCF Property Management has been most helpful, friendly and efficient in sending me information that I needed. I am not surprised at the sterling service, and have come to expect it as they always deliver quality!

Debbie Ranger is our property manager. She is very experienced in her job and always quick to respond. She has sorted out for us multiple inherited difficulties from previous management company. JCF and Debbie are a pleasure to work with.

Professional service

We changed to JCF Property Management almost a year ago following very poor service from our previous agent of 8 years. Despite being a small development, we have had excellent service to resolve some long-standing issues. All problems , both large and small, have been dealt with efficiently and pleasantly by our manager, DebbieRanger. It is both a pleasure and a relief to work with JCF and the decision to change company, was a good one!

My contact with JCF has arisen as my elderly father lives in a block of flats which they manage. Natalie has been incredibly helpful to us whenever we've needed to liaise with JCF in order to resolve day to day issues. She always responds promptly and is friendly and helpful. This is much appreciated.

JCF were recommended to us and they have provided a reliable service so far in managing our building. However, this 5 star review is for Debbie Ranger's work in turning around any paperwork needed for the sale of my flat. This has meant no hold ups in the process. She goes 'above and beyond' and has held two meetings whilst being unwell with Covid and replies to emails at all hours of the day and evening.

We are a contractor working on behalf of block management agents in London & SE England on emergency lights, fire alarms and AOV testing & servicing. One of our clients is JCF and we deal a great deal with Elena Pletea who is one of the property managers. We cannot recommend Elena and the company highly enough, they are an absolute pleasure to work with. All of Elena's instructions for new jobs are precise and specific reducing the need for 'back & forth' communication to establish exact requirements. From start to finish the experience of any job is highly efficient, payments are always received on or before due date. It is also very clear when we go to their office the team spirit and vibe is very positive, everyone is extremely polite and efficient.
