Our first time and everything was Right First Time. A "Perfect Delivery".

Excellent service, responded to order by phone whilst I was just closing down the web page.
First class service.

Great service. Prompt responses

The first aid bag is excellent and just what I needed. It was easy to order and arrived very promptly. Brilliant service.

I used Jax First Aid for the first time last week, as I wanted some small round plasters. I'd looked at a few websites, and decided on Jax. Excellent website, excellent delivery, excellent quality plasters. I'll definitely be using Jax again.

Easy to navigate website, competitive pricing, quick despatch and great communication regarding progress of order.

Great service, easy to use, quick delivery. Lots of choice. Highly recommended for any first aid items with good prices.

I searched several online companies for first aid kits and other first aid supplies. Jax seemed to have the most extensive and useful range of products at very good prices. Their delivery charge is also better than those of other companies. As ever when you buy online without previewing you never quite know what you're going to be sent. I was not disappointed - good quality first aid kit - both the contents and the outer bag. I was impressed so will not hesitate to use Jax again.

Excellent service. Competitive prices, easy ordering and good delivery service.
Would highly recommend.

I ordered a defib hard case for our Village Hall, and it was delivered very quickly. The friendly website made the ordering process very easy. All emails were responded to immediately, even at weekends. Paperwork was accurate and sent through promptly. The online chatline service was also available well after office hours.
There was a small problem after delivery, but Jordan, Managing Director sorted it immediately.

I am very impressed with the practically personalised service I received from Jordan.
His communication skills are exemplary.

Why can't more companies be like this?!

Thank you for your supreme customer service, Jordan.
You definitely deserve the 100% 5-star reviews.
I will not hesitate to highly recommend you .
