The pharmacist and staff at Meadow Lane are amazing. The ladies go over and above to make your experience as pleasant as possible. The pharmacist in particular is amazing.

It always feels like it's the staff's first day at the Kingfisher Jardine's pharmacy in Newport Pagnell.
Today it was even worse, they are incredibly rude, unprofessional and I've repeatedly lost or misplaced my prescriptions, sometimes only need to be found underneath a trolley in the back corridor after I insisted they look for it further.
Awful service. Totally unprofessional.
Dreadful Service
So slow…..takes forever to process a prescription, always a huge queue/wait if you choose to collect, and a process to collect that is out of the dark ages - considering the prescriptions are electronic the dispensing isn’t, it’s a joke.
Plus use their collection machine, you’ll be lucky if you get a message within a fortnight to say it’s ready - and that’s when it’s working. As I can only order a prescription a fortnight before I run out, not really fit for purpose.
Currently waiting for my prescription to be ready - already a week gone by.

Loosing Jodie at Neath Hill is a massive mistake by Head Office. She is worth her weight in gold. This girl had the place running smoothly. She knew the customers, knew what meds people could and couldn't take. Staff has all changed on a Saturday. Meds that should of been available to pick up aren't even in stock and told to come back Monday. I can't even trust that this bunch of staff are even going to make sure the correct brands are going to be issued! Shocking moves by upper management to try and cut corners by restricting the amount of medication branches can order and not valuing its good staff so you loose the good ones. All you're going to end up with is poor quality staff which will make you a bad company to go too!
A pharmacy shameful for Towcester
For most of 2024 and all of 2025 the level of service at Towcester Jardines has decreased, while the incompetence and ability to operate an adequate level of organisation has increased. I order 2 very common medications every month, wait 7-10 days after GP approval, but every month my prescription is not ready, after usually waiting 10-20 minutes I am told to return after another 3-4 days. When I return and check the bag contents I find one of the two medications is missing with no note or acknowledgement of that by the staff, when I question it I have to wait another 10 minutes to then be told they’ve run out or it wasn’t ordered, then told to return again in another 3-4 days for it. While I am in the store I witness patients having the same issue. Jardines is the only pharmacy in Towcester, therefore a captive audience with no competition to encourage improvement. I prefer to shop local, care about the environment and don’t have time or financial resources to travel to other towns each month. When I enquire about their policy; whether it is standard practice now for them to only check stock, order and dispense prescriptions when the patient goes into the pharmacy? I am met with shrugging of shoulders and that they are short staffed with “people from head office came down to help out” this has been the response every month for at least a year! I am considering using a large online company too avoid having to order prescriptions inappropriately early or running out - perhaps if more patients also take this action along with reviewing and official complaints Jardines may take stock and provide the service their profits increase from?

FAO Kathryn Marie Haslam - The one star given is for the medication I need for a diabetic that I cannot get anywhere else otherwise I would give zero. Whitehouse Jardines is absolutely disgraceful with no customer service skills whatsoever. Omar in particular is rude and hostile and manages to not acknowledge you for sometimes up to 20 minutes. I go frequently so today was not an exception. I am shocked how they get away with such an appalling service to often sick, elderly or vulnerable people. 9 out of 10 times I come away with my blood boiling as I have held in my frustrations. Something needs to change !!!!

Jardines in Neath Hill is the most appalling pharmacy I've ever had to spend a breath of air in! The woman behind the till is grumpy to everyone, she really despises her job and has told others she wants to leave well good riddens! They turn everyone away saying prescription is not ready regardless of they have had it sent over a few days or week before! They never have the stock let alone the staff or customer care, you do realise the people that are collecting prescriptions are ill or very sick don't you? HEAD OFFICE YOU NEED A WHOLE KNEW CAVALRY RUNNING THIS BRANCH!!. I myself refuse that to be my nomited pharmacy and same for my family and others I've spoken too. Please sort it out jardines head office!!
Data breach
In July 2024 I was handed another person's repeat prescription slip, along with my own. It gave me the name, address, date of birth, NHS number, GP practice and list of medication of another person. I regarded this as a data breach so I rang Jardine's headquarters. Although they said they take such things very seriously, that is not the impression I got.
They said they would get back to me. Still waiting.
The person who took the original.phone call initially said they didn't have anyone in charge of data protection, although that is a legal requirement.
I have changed pharmacy, as I have no confidence in them.
I’d give it zero if this was an option. All the good staff seem to have left and staff are now rude and never have the meds on my prescription so I have to come back. Chaos and always a 30 min wait!!

Jardines Towcester High Street
Jardines Towcester High Street. Medicine initially out of stock and told it will be in stock at 2pm. Told “We will call you when it’s in” 2pm came and went no call so I phoned the shop…. no answer, recorded message over and over. Collection note said “You can check the status of your order via NHS app. App said medication being prepared. Eventually returned to shop and asked if the phone was working. Told “we’ve been busy but not heard the phone” Asked why the app didn’t say if the item was in. Told “The app doesn’t work here”
I rang the phone while waiting for the inefficient staff at the back of the shop were searching for the item. Phone didn’t ring. The assistant (who was actually trying to be helpful and had only worked there for three days) was surprised as I played her the recorded message. The phoned was obviously set to message. Very helpful! The Pharmacist who clearly heard the conversation did or said nothing, useless. Not the first time the service here has been so poor.

Great service at Towcester highstreet. I get a huge prescription delivered monthly and some items were missed from my delivery I called and spoke to the lovliest Welsh lady I didn't manage to catch her name but she delivered my medication herself.

lovely new manager at the Towcester high street shop she is truly a delight usually im incredibly miserable having to wait but I believe her name is Emma or Emily managed to to turn a queue of incredibly grumpy individuals into laughing and happy individuals also only waited 15 mins and it was a very big prescription that I handed in that day. I was chuffed to bits, had every item i needed I must say she could do with training the other pharmacy in towceser because she has truly made a massive improvement in the highstreet and I am looking forward to seeing the lovely Emma or Emily again. Very impressed Jardines.

Pharmacy First. Waste of time. Told at the Towcester branch that the pharmacist was too busy to look in my son's ear when he presented with earache. Pharmacist spent more time fobbing me off than it would have taken to look in his ear. So much for taking pressure off the NHS

Fantastic Jardines Team at Newport Pagnell
We have moved to Jardines Newport Pagnell about a year ago and need to pick up a fair amount of medication quite regularly. We have found their service absolutely FANTASTIC. Medicine is always on time, neatly collected, nothing ever gets lost, nothing seems too much trouble, if there is a shortage or an issue, the communication is brilliant. The atmosphere there is always friendly, professional, happy, organised. There seems to be a very happy teams spirit at this store. Additionally, there is a very British politeness and courtesy with which every staff member treats the clients, a little smile, a friendly remark, a show of concern which instantly connects with people and makes them feel heard, supported, considered, and very grateful for the help. We could not praise the team at Newport Pagnell Jardines more and thank them very much for their fantastic work.

Although the wait time for my prescription was longer than usual (which I didn’t mind!), I can’t fault the staff, who were very friendly and professional. A problem with one of my prescription items was resolved very quickly, which I was grateful for. A special mention to Ellie and Fraser. 5*
Worst Pharmacy ever!!
Worst Pharmacy ever!!! Didn't let me collect my prescription. Waited 35 minutes and it was empty. The prescription was already ready however said they needed to cook it. The man was playing games on his phone.
Avoid
If you are able avoid at all costs. Customer service does not exist. Queues through the door, prescriptions not processed until you turn up and then queue for anything up to 30 minutes. As for their 24hr dispensing service total waste of time, prescriptions don’t get loaded or text message to advise.
Oakridge Park Jardine's is a joke
Oakridge Park Jardine's is a joke. They had my prescription yesterday. Hadn't processed it. I was willing to wait but they then chose instead to "tell me off" for not waiting 72 hours because they are "overworked". Seriously? There were FOUR staff. They are often just talking amongst themselves - customers are at the bottom of the food chain it seems. I took my prescription elsewhere and it was fulfilled within 2 minutes. The pharmacy needs new staff that are willing to work and not give excuses that their job is hard. I will go elsewhere where the customer comes first.
