We were in multiple times deciding on wedding rings and having sizes adjusted and each time the staff were always so friendly and kind towards us. I ordered a Seiko Presage watch and it was the first time I've used James Porter & Son. I was really pleased with the sale price of the watch. I ordered it lunchtime on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday morning by Royal Mail Special Delivery, amazingly fast! It was packaged well and really nicely wrapped. James Porter & Son clearly care about their customers and take pride in their work. 5+ stars all around and would happily use them again.
