First time using Jack's Lab - Great speedy service on getting some old rolls of film developed and scanned. I will definitely be using them again!

This was my first time using Jack's Lab and it won't be the last. The quality of the scans and prints are fab. They are a lovely team helping me with my questions I had before I ordered. Would recommend them to anyone!

Quick return on my prints, absolutely amazing. Would 100 percent recommend.

Extremely disappointed. I wanted film developed and used Jack Labs due to the reviews. Slightly expensive I thought but was happy to continue. I received email asking if I wanted the negatives and stated happy for them to be disposed of. I then paid more money for the prints to be returned to me. I wasn't overly happy but paid anyway. I then received negatives and no prints. If I want prints, that's another £14. Emailed Jack labs and it's my fault. That is that. I'm sure other people may get a better service but I feel let down (even if I thought developed mean developed and not having negatives returned to me).

I’m so happy I found Jacks lab. I’ve had a film camera for years but never used it due to the lack of places to get film developed locally. And then not being able to share them online properly - a phone photo of a print just never looks good.
After doing some research and wanting to take my film camera on holiday, I found Jacks lab. The process was so easy. And being able to get the photos sent by Dropbox means I can share them online in the quality they deserve. I also love being able to choose to recycle the negatives.
I look forward to using my camera more, experimenting with different types of film and the excitement of receiving the email with the photos!

I reached out to Jack's Lab to ask about pricing to develop some old negatives. The customer service was fantastic and I sent my negatives to be developed.

I received a link to my photos so as I could access them electronically and Jack's Lab safely returned my negatives to me.

I would highly recommend this service. The start to end process was fast and efficient and I was so happy to see my pictures. A perfect experience.

I’m a photographer and new to using 35mm film! So I wanted to find a company i felt secure sending my film too. Jacks lab was the first to come up and I saw that they was an independent shop, I loved their values & the company’s story, not to mention the 5 * reviews!
Ordering to ship it to them was so easy, they update you accordingly and the processing time was on the dot. I was so happy with the images and how it was sent ☺️
I’ve found my go to processing store and I will be referring them to everyone!

Best film lab I've used, with very reasonable prices, impressive turn around times, and consistently helpful team members. Recommended to anyone and everyone.

Used Jack's Lab for 5x 35mm colour films, placed order online and dropped films in, first you get a friendly welcome and the customer service from there is top notch, turn around was great, and digital prints were downloaded off dropbox link send via email, prints and negatives collected next day, I especially liked that there is no posting involved, all work is done on site, end product is excellent, and pricing is very competitive, I would definately recommend.
