The only downside to them is they don’t have a big customer service team but they do their absolute best and got me my bathroom suite within a few days all the way down to Cornwall they deserve a lot more praise then all these reviews on here, brilliant company

Returned an item a week ago and got my refund done on Thursday and cleared on Friday will order again once I have stopped being indecisive!

AVOID ... DON'T buy from this website. It took me ages to finally receive what I paid for...

Do not buy from here if there is a possibility of changing your mind or returning your purchase item. It took me over 3months to get a refund but only from constant chasing on my end. The customer services never signed off emails with a name and was dealt by an anonymous person on the other end. They then charge a significant delivery fee and some other fees too. They also did not have the item I ordered in stock and failed to email me to inform that it would take over 3-4months to have it delivered. It then turned up any door months later. Other ethical businesses typically refund you immediately knowing no one can wait that long. They emailed me proof they had informed me it would take months to be in stock but I checked extensively and had no record it was ever sent to me.

The positive reviews relate to those people who did not experience needing to make a return.

Absolutely disgusting service, ordered on line to wait for 3 weeks for an item they never had in stock, which was meant to be a 5 day delivery..asked for a refund , which they agreed..and 6 weeks later get the same response…accounts are dealing with it…in the end passed it over to my credit card company to deal with as fraud….AVOID at all costs..

Had this for the last four months and it is still amazing.

The light is so good we barely use the actual bathroom light :)

I would like to give a balance to the reviews. I was very apprehensive after reading the reviews below but I decided to give them the benefit of doubt. It was a pleasant change to talk to someone rather than waiting for an email response. I ordered via a person I was advised of delivery by phone and when something went wrong they resolved it as soon as they could. Their IT system could be better but I am happy to give them 5* as they are trying to do their best.

STAY AWAY - DISHONEST - POOR SERVICE
We ordered a mcalpine incinerator after checking stock availability via email and it has been a terrible experience ever since.
They are extremely difficult to contact via phone and although they do respond to emails, the customer service overall is extremely poor.
My order didnt arrive so after no luck via a number of phone call attempts, I emailed them and they didnt even offer an apology. I sent several chasers and asked for delivery tracking details and a phone call to try and sort over a quick chat but they ignored the phone call request and advised there was no tracking info, as this was sent via royal mail standard post. Why would you send an expensive heavy item via standard delivery?
I continued to chase and received an email stating they had spoken to the courier and the item had been lost in transit. How is that possible when there was no tracking information to track the item and the parcel? Complete lies.
After nearly 2 weeks of chasing, I told them they had 2 days to get the item to me or refund the payment or I would report them as a scam/fraudulant company for taking a payment and not providing the goods. The next working day the item arrived.
Dont shop with them, its not worth the aggravation. I think they just hoped I would give up and forget about the payment so they could just pocket the money.

I ordered a gold kitchen tap and realised once I got it that it wasn’t the right gold to match my tiles so I contacted jack and Jill and they very kindly provided me with a Evri returns label for free and once the item got back to them from what I seen on the tracking my refund was processed around a few days later, simplest and smoothest returns process I have ever encountered!

Their showroom is really high quality and all the modern items are there and the staff are extremely helpful especially Jordan and now I’m just waiting for delivery of my new bathroom!

If I could give no stars I would. They sent me a damaged product which I told them about straight away sent pictures of the damages, they were very keen on collecting the product straight away but couldn’t give me my refund. I had to keep chasing them until they decided they’ll no longer pick up my calls. I called off my partners phone and to no surprise they picked up straight away. I had to send multiple emails going back and fourth regarding my refund and they kept saying we have by law 28 days… 28 days went by, two months had gone by and then on the 3rd month after having to constantly chase them they finally gave it. Disgusting behaviour. They don’t deserve to be in business.

Excellent customer service during order - ordered a shower tray but unfortunately didn't go with our bathroom. Paid ridiculous amount of money to courier it back to them and 6 weeks later still chasing for refund. Have been told on numerous occasions (via email only as no phone customer service!) that the money has been sent ('This has definitely been done') but no money on our account.
Very much starting to wonder if I'll ever see the money again.... Extremely disappointed and put through a very stressful and expensive few weeks. Strongly advice to AVOID!

Wouldn't even give 1 star if I could. Made an order and cancelled it the very next day. Only way of communicating with the company is through email. Sent numerous emails asking for my refund been 12 days now still have not recieved my refund absolutely appalling. Stay away do not waste your money.

All the good reviews on here are hard to believe. My experience echos the other bad reviews. Ordered my sink at the end of June and it’s still not here. It was apparently due end of Aug and it’s now end of Sept.
No apology and no support when you phone - email contact only. They apparently have a very unreliable supplier - which makes no sense. Avoid at all costs.

One star is to much! Ordered a aqualisa quartz shower from this company, one month to the day of this review, and I still have not received it.
To start I was told the shower would be with me within the week, this then changed as they said they ran out of stock!
Next it was to be within another week, this didn’t happen either.
Eventually they said it was posted and provided tracking, the tracking immediately showed it as delivered to the address which we found odd. It also had no picture proof of the delivery and a check with our cctv showed no delivery that day!
Contracting jack&jill once again they said they will raise an issue with the delivery company.
After yet another week no reply I asked for a replacement to be sent or refund, they said that they couldn’t do either as it’s being investigated by the delivery company!!!
I’m without a shower and out of pocket!!
The issue has still not be resolved and we are now fighting for a refund!
I found the shower from an alternative supplier and it was delivered the following day!
Avoid this company!!!!!

Got sent the wrong product, got asked to return them which we did and still haven’t received the goods which we paid for originally, won’t answer the phone, and we don’t get satisfaction from emailing either. This has gone on for weeks. Now we contact the bank!

Terrible service. Vanity Basin ordered on June 19th and basin still hasn’t been delivered as of August 2nd. Vanity is installed and unable to finish bathroom as basin hasn’t arrived. Unable to get a clear answer why its late or a time frame for delivery. Spoilt the whole project and schedule as still not able to finish the refurbishment of bathroom.
Unable to contact them via phone and no clear answers given via email. They claim to have 24h customer service lol. Don’t waste your money or effort buying from them. I’m faced with buying a basin elsewhere to finish the project. They clearly take orders and make sales that they can’t fulfil as many reviews are bad and state the same Issues we faced. Wish I’d read reviews first. Untrustworthy.
