I ordered a Shaw Belfast sink from this company and was fully aware that they are now kept in stock and the Shaw foundry had closed down during the pandemic. Jack and Jill kept me informed and I actually received the sink sooner than expected. It was very well protected and arrived without any problems. I would order from Jack and Jill again.

This is a scam. Taken money but not delivered goods and looking at the reviews, this is a scam.

This is an update of a previous review by I Bowie in January 2023. Item ordered November 2022.The mirror we ordered never arrived, despite taking the money immediately from our account. We never got any reply via email, and no one ever answered the phone, it went to the answerphone every time. I presume/hope this company are no longer trading. I cannot believe that the positive reviews are genuine. We were forced to try to get our money back via our credit card company.

I can't believe this company is still allowed to trade. I ended up having to get my money back via my bank after goods never arrived. They said they would issue a refund after many emails (can't phone them as nobody ever answers the phone) but the refund never came. Why trading standards have not shut this con merchand down and prosecuted them I will never know.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a product and despite the product not showing up, there was no communication and they did not respond when I called or emailed numerous times. When I did finally get a response they were rude but did tell me they'd process a refund per their T&Cs... then they never did. I finally had to take it up with my credit card company. Absolutely ridiculous. AVOID.

Faulty part sent, attempted to make contact to get it replaced. No response to emails, do not answer phone and not possible to leave a message. No customer service and impossible to get issues resolved so now out of pocket as need to buy a replacement from a different supplier. I would recommend avoiding this company we certainly won't use them again.

Incorrect Shower mixer sent (value £330), no telephone customer service, ignore all emails. Not happy our customer would not accept the version sent so we ended up buying from an alternative supplier at our cost.

I paid for a sink and extra delivery costs in September 2022 - no sign of the product I paid for or any refund despite numerous emails, calls and letters. Dreadful.

Product never arrived. I ordered a radiator in October and the product never arrived. The customer service doesn’t exist. I am worried I will never get the money back.

Took money three months ago, delivered nothing, many unanswered phone calls. Probably bust. Got money back via PayPal (£51).

Bought a flush plate from this company in October 2022. Told delivery would be 5-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I hadn’t heard from them, so contacted them and told to wait another couple of weeks. Then told it was discontinued and offered and alternative or a refund. Chose the refund, but they never returned the money to me. I have chased for two months and haven’t had any money back.
Would not use these again and would not recommend.

AVOID! AVOID! This company are scammers. They took my money and never delivered. There was no communication. Luckily I was able to claim my money back through PayPal. They should not be allowed to continue to trade.

ordered a shower screen in october £950 ,well it never arrived. No communication from them after repeatedly phoning and emailing ,had to claim from my bank for the money back AVOID AVOID this company unless you want to throw your money away

They took our money before Christmas and assured us they would have our radiator in stock. I'm so sad to report that they stole from us. What an awful way to behave.

Like everyone else they took my payment and never delivered ignored emails did not answer the phone managed to get the payment back through making a claim through pay pal actually.

Scam company - take payments but do not deliver. Do not answer phone. Emails just get auto reply. Don’t know why the credit card company allows them to take payments.

Do not buy from here. I ordered a sink but it didn't arrive after months of waiting. I then asked for a refund but was never processed. I am now having to go to the consumer ombudsman to complain.
