Brilliant service all round!
I was looking for a specific pair of flip flops and found them online at Izzi Baslow and some larger stores. I always prefer to go to individual shops rather than chains if possible but Izzi Baslow was more expensive than the chains. I noticed she said to contact them if she was more expensive, so I did. She came back very quickly matching the price and waiving the delivery charge. Absolutely amazing service and so friendly. I wish you enormous success and will certainly be back! Thank you!
