A bit disappointed with the website, which needs to be kept updated. I ordered something that later I was advised was out of stock. On revisiting the website, it was still being advertised as available, again ordered, again out of stock.

I appreciate I was buying sale goods…
I appreciate I was buying sale goods but I did not expect to receive trousers which had dirty marks around the bottom of both hems - visible when trying on. I loved the trousers - what a shame they were sent out like this.

Whenever I have contacted Izzi I have received friendly and helpful response.
I have never shopped in the boutique but have made purchases on line or over the telephone.
The only disappointment was with the recent on line purchase, when we agreed on a delayed dispatch date but the instructions were not followed and the parcel arrived while I was away. Inconvenient and cumbersome to sort out.

Luisa Cerano T clutch bag…
I ordered a Luisa Cerano T clutch bag on the Izzi of Barlow online website. This item had a 3-5 day delivery timeframe. Three days later I checked the tracking schedule only to notice that the item had now been cancelled! I had been given no notification whatsoever to explain why this was the case especially as the order had been accepted and confirmed. I called and spoke to Catherine on the telephone who advised me that they had spent two days trying to find this handbag in their stock supplies and couldn’t find it. So they cancelled my order. She said that she had sent me an email which is not true (I even checked my Junk mail). I am annoyed with their lack of professionalism and the way it was handled - I initially had to call them to enquire the reason behind the cancellation. Even though Catherine apologised I’m totally disappointed and dissatisfied. It’s been a total waste of my time as 5 days down the line I am empty handed, have no handbag and will have to wait an additional 3-5 days to receive a refund!

Items arrived promptly, and well packed. Loved the P.J s, but unfortunately the trousers were not a good fit for me. Returns very straightforward however. I look forward to shopping again with Izzi soon.

Gorgeous top
I phoned up to ask advice about a sequinned knitted top and what size to order. The sales assistant was helpful, measuring both tops (length/width) and asking some details about myself. During the call I never felt any pressure to buy the item.
When the top arrived it was beautifully wrapped in pink tissue and looked better than photo on the website.
When I wore the top to go to my work Christmas do I received plenty of compliments. So pleased I bought this item and I will keep looking on Izzy's website.
