IV Nutrition, absolutely terrible customer service.
I have sent 4 emails requesting information, I am still waiting on a reply.
For an online business in 2026 to ignore repeated customer communication and continue charging after explicitly cancellation is unacceptable .This is unethical and deceitful behaviour, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I don't think the actions of this company are lawful. Absolute rubbish product and they (unlawfully) do not let you unsubscribe until you have been charges at least $80. I have reported them to ACCC.

I'm worried I've been scammed by this company. I signed up for the free just pay postage on the 9/6/26. I thought I'd try it and if it didn't work for me I'd cancel before the next payment was due, but when I've looked at the fine print it says you can't cancel within 30 days. 30 days takes me to the 9/7/26 but the reorder is set for 8/7/26. What if I don't like the product and it doesn't work for me and I don't want to buy it again? Do I have no option? I feel like such a fool. I'm usually more careful with online purchases. I've tried to contact them several times to no avail. I'm now contacting the department of fair trading. They need to be shut down.

I was tricked into an unauthorised subscription of a product I can't even use.

I tried to contact the company to cancel the subscription and receive a refund, without any response.

DISREPUTABLE COMPANY!

Scam. You receive your first tub free on charge and then afterwards you cannot cancel any further subscriptions until 2 more orders are sent out. And you can only alter this after 30 days (after they charge your card another $80.

I’ve had to call my bank to put them on the scam list. Any positive reviews by them are from their own company.

But if it doesn't work youre locked into a Subscription where they FORCE YOU to purchase a whole new tub. What a waste. ONLY THEN can you cancel your subscription. What a joke and unethical.
Do not bother testing out the free 1st tub (postage is paid by the customer which is fair) whats not fair is making a customer pay a whole months worth after the fact it didn't work in the first place. Subscription cancelation must be straight forward and its really not. Speaking to their chat bot is insane. They wouldn't get a human to discuss this with. What a waste of 30-40mins.

Absolutely terrible customer service. After 4 emails I am still waiting on the refund process information. This product did not work for me however trying to get a response from them regarding processing a refund credit is like pulling teeth

I love this product I joined the subscription to make it cheaper , and it’s my go to every morning , great customer assistance with a great product equals a great company

I loved this product. I had constipation for over 10 years from poor diet and medication.

I used this product for about 3 weeks and was completely resolved of my bad bowel.

Their customer service was great and I just searched n their website for all the information about how to change my own subscription frequency.

I wish I had read the reviews here first. Try for free, pay postage only and then lock you into a contract. Oh, you get 30 days money back guarantee..... for a store credit! BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

They give you a free sample to try which means you are locked into a contract for an auto subscriptions- not so free.

This product does not work.
The taste and texture is awful and chalky, and it doesn't mix in well with anything.

The subscription model is also a bit of a scam - too frequent and hard to change/get out of. Wasted so much money on this crappy product

Do not buy from this company. A total scam selling a product with what now appears false reviews on their website. After using the product as described causing serious blockage of my bowel and seeking medical treatment to unblock my bowel. I emailed straight away within the "supposedly" month free trial. 6 emails later, messages sent through instagram and via their contact them directly on their site. I am being ignored and no reply whatsoever. I am now going through DFT and putting in a claim with my CC. There absolute worst company i have ever dealt with. A total scam.

This is a SCAM! They lure you in with ‘first tub free’ with absolutely NO terms and conditions or * saying ‘you cannot cancel this until after you’ve paid two full subscriptions’. There is absolutely nothing. Then AFTER the product arrives (which btw is terrible doesn’t mix at all) and try to cancel it won’t let you! No mention of this rule before you get the offer. I’ve emailed over 10 times and been ignored every time. This company should be SHUT DOWN for fraudulent behaviour

Avoid this company at all costs.

The subscription sign-up is deceptive, hidden behind a drop-down menu, and cancelling is deliberately obstructive. I attempted to cancel online but was blocked from doing so until after a second order had already processed.

Before that order shipped, I sent multiple emails to the company. Every single one was ignored.

My third and final email, sent on 15 November, clearly stated:

“1. I am cancelling my subscription and any ongoing arrangement with IV Nutrition, effective immediately.
2. I do not authorise any further charges to my card for this subscription.
3. If any future orders are processed or dispatched, I will refuse delivery or return them to sender and immediately initiate a chargeback with my credit card provider.”

Despite this, I received no response.

I have since returned the unauthorised order to sender and initiated a credit card dispute.

Warning: Avoid IV Nutrition

Read the fine print carefully, you’re automatically locked into a subscription. Despite multiple attempts to contact them to cancel, I never received a response.

I only discovered through another review that cancellation requires logging into their site using the same email address used for purchase. However, even after following this process and cancelling, they continued to charge my account and send products.

I have never received a single email from them regarding my requests to cancellation. If I could give zero stars, I would. My next step is lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs.

The worst product and company ive ever dealt with.Tried the tub for a month and all i got was non stop diarrhea.After i messaged them about 10 times i finally got a reply to ask for my money back.ghey kept sending me tubs dven after asking for it to be cancelled and agreed apon.Ive been trying to email them agsin another 5 times lately with no reply but direct debits are still getting taken out.The company barely has an address as it shows up as a shopping cetre address and no contact number.Its had me so stressed and nothing being done about it.Horrible experience dont ever use these guys

They will sneakily put you on a subscription and money will come out of your account and not answer messages when you try to contact them. Completely dodgy and unethical.

- The Product -
It's fine though I won't continue using it. FAR too expensive for what it is (a by-product of the sugarcane industry). Psyllium husk is far cheaper and easier on the gut.

- Subscription & support -
Like the other person who left a review, I was charged 30 days after my "free trial" - with no reminder that the subscription was coming up.

They don't respond to emails and there is no easy method to cancel your subscription from emails.

For anyone else reading this, you should be able to cancel the subscription by going to the site, clicking Account (top-right) then sign in with shop or your email and do the forgot my password. From there you can cancel, but they just don't make it easy.

- Branding & Claims -
"Complete Digestive Support Formula" - is intentionally misleading. It is a single ingredient product (by-product!) and they claim to address a number of different symptoms on their website.

Don't waste your time. Even with the "free" tub.
Go for some Psyllium husk and stay hydrated instead :)

I bought a tub of this sugarcane fibre as a trial and in return I had to subscribe. The problem is they are not answering emails to cancel the subscription. And they're just taking money out of my account without informing me prior to the deduction. I cannot log in. It does not recognize me. So basically, they are going to deduct $80 a month without me being able to cancel. The product is ok. But TbH one tub would last me over 3 months. now I have 2 tubs and worrying about how the hell I can cancel this subscription when they do not answer their emails or FB messenger. I will be contacting Visa. But I'll probably have to cancel my credit card and get another. Now everyone knows what a painful thing that can be. These people do not exist. So be careful and don't buy into it.
