The range available is wonderful, at the best prices in the market and the response to urgency is sincere and thorough. This last experience was the most amazing! They delivered from their own stock in 24 hours and from that of another vendor, in 48!!!! And this, when I had given them 72 hours’ time! I am pleased beyond words and wouldn’t go anywhere else for Indian handicrafts ♥️

I have just received my parcel from iTokri and am 100% delighted with it's content.
Fabric for making a Kaftan is quality, rich in colour, a gorgeous Indian tablecloth, the quality of which has blown me away and fabulous notebooks bound in beautiful fabric.
I 100% recommend.

Ordered 5 kaftans last week and it was promptly delivered within a week to CA USA. Upon opening had some minor issues with the order and contacted Vaishali at iTokri. After a few messages and exchanges of photos the issue was resolved in a very professional manner. I am a continuous user of iTokri products and each time I marvel at their quality which is superb, be it an anklet or a scarf or a bag. I am extremely appreciate of the eco friendly fridge magnet they sent me as a gift, from Jalpari on my current order. The last time they sent me delicate silver filigree earrings.Such thoughtful gestures is what make buying from iTokri such a special experience.
