Worked with Vaishali, Ajeem and Aman at itokri on a clothing order with custom alterations, the clothes arrived this week and are beautiful, plus the fit is awesome. Thank you so much to the artists and craftspeople that make the garments <3 The team is so friendly, responsive and goes the extra mile to attend to our needs and requests. Everything from the packaging, the handwritten thank you notes, the quality of the fabric, and even the tags that are attached give the feeling of buying products handmade and shipped lovingly. So grateful for itokri!

I’ve been buying from iTokri for over a decade now. The quality of their products and the sheer variety of different crafts they have available under one roof is amazing to me. This is my go to website for Indian fabrics and sometimes silver jewellery as well. In the couple of instances I’ve interacted with their customer care, I’ve been very impressed with how their response is always on time and how understanding they are, and also by how human the interaction feels - their team genuinely listened to me and helped me out, and it didn’t feel like there were layers of bureaucracy or crazy processes. Because of these good experiences, I’ll continue to be a loyal customer.

I wanted to place an order on 7th Jan around 1:00 PM in the morning to get at 1 stole shipped to Noida by 9th Jan if possible but before doing that I called and I got to speak to Palak and she assured me that she’ll try to deliver the stole by 9th Jan but can’t promise which was understandable if I placed the order and right away and call her back with the order#. I did exactly as she said she helped me get it couriered but in the mean time I wanted 2 more stoles so I placed the order again of another 2 stoles and called her back. She said that it’s almost around 2:00PM that is when couriers gets despatched for the day and it was too late and that she would still try and she did her best to get them out too the very day. But both the couriers reached me way in advance by late evening on 8th Jan itself. I called back Palak today to thank her for all her timely help without which I couldn’t have sent the stoles to 2 of my friends in the US. I appreciate her timeliness, adherence of timeliness and quick response. Thank you Palak you are a saviour, you know your work too well.

I have bought twice now from Itokri. First for an unstitched suit which is beautiful and then for additional fabric for future projects. On both occasions the items were beautifully packaged and arrived quickly here to Scotland. The prices are so competitive I don't know how you do it. Thank you.

Firstly, I loved the Red-Bagh hand block printed handloom cotton towel. I appreciate all the efforts put in to make and deliver such wonderful products all over the country. Second comes the sweetest part, lovely gestures as token of first purchase. The hand written letter and hand made earrings made it extra special. Kudos to the entire team.
