Pretty much a hands off organisation so you are not hounded by marketing messages or calls.
When contacted the customer response is good.
You will need to be quite a sophisticated investor if you use Handy Trader.

I have been trading with ITI Capital for almost a year and I have been very happy with the experience.
I have been dealing with Roland Hogg. I can honestly say I am very pleased with his consistent knowledge his ease to deal with and being very trustworthy.

The trade support team are very helpful and the platform is very good. However, not good if you need access to your cash quickly as fund withdrawals are form based, not automated and can take a long time and quite a few email reminders before they are processed, which has caused me serious cashflow problems in the past. Also, although the platform is generally reliable, when it does go down as it did for many hours one day, there was no contingency to trade, and no communication or apology from ITI, which is worrying when markets are volatile.

My issue was handled quickly and professionally. I felt I had received a personal service which made me feel that they understood the issue and wanted to resolve it for me.

You have very friendly and helpful traders. I have come across, guys like Clive and Sanjay who are very helpful.
Unfortunately your dealing platform is very complicated and practically impossible to learn. Even the technical help guys cannot correct certain problems even if if they try their best.

I have the misfortune to be an ex SVS customer and I have tried in vain for several months to have the cash that was transferred to ITI Capital returned. Email requests have been ignored and promised return phone calls never happen. ITI Capital FAQs cite a process for making a cash withdrawal so I have submitted that today and I wait in hope that the promised 3 day turn round is delivered.

I would like to acknowledge and commend the ITI team in regards to the excellent service I received last month in migrating my portfolio. Highly Recommended.

Professional firm for traders and institutions

Our experience at ITI has been fantastic. The entire team has been very communicative, and has always responded in a timely manner.

They have access to more markets than any other broker that we've used, and have even been able to accommodate us with new products when requested.

Trading execution is also very good. Would highly recommend them.

I look forward to working more closely with Rahul Agarwal in the future.

ITI capital has been under a lot of pressure since taking over from FXCM.
At times it has been frustrating for clients and staff.. Moving over to the new platform took time for the ISA but it all seems to have worked well.
Throughout the transition ITI staff and brokers have been unfailingly polite and helpful. Recently we have had particular difficulty transfering accounts from another provider who was being not only unhelpful, but giving ITI incorrect information.This was verified by me. In summary, I'm a happy customer.

This is the most incompetent company I have ever have the misfortune to deal with. Having Probate over my late Mother's affairs I have being trying for months to secure her assets from ITI Capital. Email's go unanswered, she was an ex SVS customer, intervention from their administrator has had no result. I have complained to ITI Capital compliance team, no response whatsoever. I have provided them with everything they need to close her accounts. All of her other assets have been returned, ITI stand out as the only exception, this is an extremely distressing situation for me. They do not deserve one star.

Terrible customer care. Literally send dozens of emails and never even get an acknowledgment. It has been nearly 2 years and I still can't access my account. Yes that's right, 2 years. Shocking.

Service and communication are good.
Team is very helpful and ready to assist in all matters.
Sometimes we face delays in corporate actions and securities/cash transfers due to the brokers or correspondent banks.

Completed a Cash Withdrawal Order last October but still waiting for my refund. I Emailed them in January asking them the reason for the delay and I am still waiting for an acknowledgement.

A nightmare experience. For an average UK user falls well below expectation. My records are wrong, with missing divs, outdated process clearly and unable to cope. Avoid.
