The purchase experience through the…
The purchase experience through the website is very poor. There is no seamless integration between the website and the transaction provider. Simplified form of UPI usage is lacking. What however is more concerning is the fact that after a successful payment is completed, no feedback in the form of mail is extended to the purchaser keeping him in absolute dark regarding the status of the transaction.
I had to personally dig out the contact number of the company Executive and initiate communication. Only then could I rest assured that the transaction had taken place successfully and is recognized at the IT Hunt end.
I should have rated 1 star for my experience, but then my soft heart said "Chalo de do ek aur star ".

Odpowiedź od IT Hunt
Dear Sharban Khound,
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during your recent purchase.
We acknowledge that the integration between our website and transaction provider was not seamless and lacked a simplified UPI usage. Additionally, the absence of a confirmation email after a successful payment is concerning. This was due to an issue with our mail server, which has now been resolved.
Moving forward, all successful transactions will be promptly acknowledged via email to keep our customers informed about their order status. We are also working on enhancing the overall user experience on our website to ensure a smoother and more efficient purchasing process.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. Your feedback is essential in helping us improve our services. Thank you for giving us another star despite the challenges you faced.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
Warm regards,
Team IT Hunt

Except for the delivery which took 4 days, Iam really glad to have purchased on ITHUNT. It was near brand new and was not like a pre-owned card. Packing was also nearly original...Highly recommend....
