Excellent experience

I bought a 2nd hand Zotac Rtx 3080 Amp Holo 10Gb GPU. It was delivered within time, nicely packed along with it's original cover. The product was in okay condition. I tried out a recent GPU intensive game and it worked like it should, according to the reviews in the internet. And, the ItHunt customer service team was quick in responding to my queries and was helpful. This was my first time experience with ItHunt and I happily look forward to buying from them in the future as well.

Good conversation

I really liked ihunt’s service especially in shipping the product. I bought a used gpu from them and they shipped it the same day. They even mailed me all the details and also WhatsApp, sms me. The packing was also decent.

I have not purchased any product from these guys. My experience is from my first interaction with the support guy and everything I've read in their terms & conditions.

That being said, no one should go into this blind. People who do not check these websites out fully or have any real experience with them, may expect a similar situation post purchase.

My distrust stems from the terms they have for returns and warranty. I'll quote their own words here. First you see the returns terms which say:
Any issue with the product(s) must be reported within 2 days of delivery via email or call.
My call experience with these guys does not help this point they have here. Any company would provide atleast 7 days to report any issues, keeping in mind the customers are not just sitting here to receive their product and immediately test it, also I called them at around 1:30pm for the first time and no answer, so probably lunch time, which is fine and I understand that, but they dont even call back if you leave a missed call. So lets say they deliver the product right before a holiday and dont pick up your call if you have any issues in the next 2 days. I'm quite certain they would argue returns in such a case.
Second you can say they provide a 1 month warranty, so why is the first point an issue. To that, I say read the first line of the warranty terms:
At IT Hunt, we are committed to providing high-quality preowned products with a warranty for your peace of mind. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Why are we reading about the terms of returns under warranty? Are they trying to say, if you faced this issue during the first 2 days and did not report it to us, that is your fault and warranty doesn't apply here? Or they also mention: The customer must keep his invoice safe and should contact us if they didn’t find the invoice or have other problems with an invoice such as smudged text within 24 hours of delivery.
So, if I dont say my invoice is smudged within 24 hours, will they deny warranty? Who knows.

Lets get to the actual call now. After waiting nearly an hour and a half for a callback, I ring them again at which point this dude picks up, who is probably the most unhelpful person I've spoken to ever. I ask about a specific GPU listing on the website which they claim has about a 1.5yr manufacturers warranty on it. He says yes this card has been registered for extended warranty, which obviously is an issue, as it was a zotac card and zotac clearly mentioned in their warranty terms: warranty is not transferable and if you have a second hand card, you cannot claim warranty for it.

So obviously, when you read IT Hunt's own warranty terms, which is clearly trying to cover ass rather than help the customers and knowing zotac's warranty terms, you should be worried, as there is a possible scenario where you buy a product and are unable to claim either of the warranties, as zotac requires you to provide the original bill and the email that was sent to the original buyer, when he registered for extended warranty. So, its a simple request from my part, to ask for the product serial number to check its validity as I did like the warranty available on the card and was willing to pay a premium on it as I found multiple listings elsewhere of other 3070's which costed significantly less (around 1500-2000 lower than their listing price of 21950).

So here, I am, basically talking about the card normally, asking about the model and condition and when I asked about the original bill, he says, they will provide that once I purchase the item. Okay, sure thats fine. But once I ask for the serial number to first verify the product, his tone shifts to defensive and starts talking absolute nonsense, also keeps cutting me off without even trying to listen to what I was asking. I ask for just the serial number of the item, he starts saying, no no we cant provide seller details to you. Hmm.... Earlier, you were willing to provide the original bill which has the buyer's full details, name, address and all, once I purchase the item, what changed now? Money? Basically if I give you money, you can share the seller details, but you can't even share the serial number for verification, before I pay for it? Sure, that makes sense. I should basically take your word for it, which btw is very reliable, from everything I've seen so far! In the end when I said if I cant verify the product, I wont be buying it and he says thats fine. So I disconnect the call and move on to a different seller, who btw had a 3070 ti listed for just Rs 1000 extra and when contacted on whatsapp, was sure helpful and provided me with the details of the card, basically an image of the backplate with the serial number on it! A simple thing to do. I immediately buy the card.

Based on my experience with them, I would suggest, proceeding with caution.

Precise product description, Transparency, Good ethics. Good product packing. Good testing and quality check of pre owned products. I would highly recommend IT Hunt. They have earned my trust and I would go back to them for any of my IT needs.

The graphic card doesn't look like pre-owned its like i have bought the new graphic card✨

Purchased RTX 3070 Ti from IT Hunt. This was my first time dealing with them. Shipment was made as soon as they received payment. Packing was done well with enough bubble wrap.

Product is in like new condition with box and all accessories. Tested GPU and all parameters are within normal range. Highly recommend and will buy from them again.

Delivery speed

Great service and packaging at very competitive prices. will buy again.

I am still checking but overall for now decent performance of card.
