We got attended by Abril, such a lovely girl, presented the concept for us and answered all our questions. I really recommend visiting the gallery!

We find this place just randomly during our trip in Venice , but we can’t say nothing wrong. Very professional place and nice comunication with the costumers . Vell done for everyone who is working for this place , and highly recommended

Diana Fernandes was AMAZING with my kids, she was so engaging and informative. we all had an amazing time! Definitely coming back to get our artwork

Great experience at Iris Galerie in Venice, Eleanora was very welcoming and patient, we took our shots and we tried many configurations until we picked our favourite. She was very clear explaining the options available.
We ended up getting a frame and a digital file. I do recommend.

They are so kind, had a great time, they took a photo of my eye, and explained everything to me.

N.B. USE EXTREME CAUTION when dealing with this so called company. I had to give one star only because you can’t select ZERO STARS.

We visited one of their Amsterdam shops. Pre-sale: their sales people appear ultra friendly and give the impression of a professional business. DON’T BE FOOLED. In our experience, this is completely false especially when the Post-sale experience kicked in: There was an issue with the quality of the product and artwork provided and it was also smaller than the one ordered and paid for.

The Company has refused to accept any responsibility for this, and also denied our basic consumer rights. We are now contacting the European Consumer Protection Authority to seek full legal redress (and if you have a problem with an Iris Galerie artwork/product we recommend you do so too).

Our advice is to stay well away from this company - don’t buy anything from them. Don’t take my word for it - read the multitude of negative comments on Trust Pilot about very their questionable business practices and also how they (don’t) handle post-sales issues.

It’s truly amazing in this day and age that they are able to operate in this way.

We visited the irisgalerie today in the Mistick Village and had the pleasure of working with Elias. He was wonderful to work with! Very kind and knowledgeable and extremely patient with my 8 year old son who is on the spectrum. As someone who is a photographer myself and has many years of retail customer service experience. I want to emphasize how great he was. I will be back when I decide which piece to buy. Thank you again, Elias!

I visited Iris Galerie on December 31, and the place was almost completely empty. Despite that, we were made to wait around 40 minutes for the eye photo/keychain service, only to be told in the end that they “couldn’t take us.”

From the moment we walked in, no one greeted us, no one explained anything, and no one acknowledged us. One staff member said he was “doing inventory,” yet during that same time he was actively helping and explaining services to white customers who arrived after us.

This was not a misunderstanding — it was clear, uncomfortable, and discriminatory treatment. The behavior felt racist, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. There was no reason for the delay, no apology, and no respect shown to us at all.

If you value being treated with basic human decency, NEVER come here. There are plenty of places that offer similar services without making customers feel ignored or discriminated against. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
