They offered a free trial where we could get our eyes pictured for viewing, the woman working the booth was very sweet, helpful, and working very hard for the best image, knowing this was a nice little couple stop, very enjoyable

Avoid! Very disappointed. I purchased a pendant in the krakow store in February 2026. I was advised it would take 2 weeks for production and delivery to the UK. After 6 weeks constant chasing, the item was not received, they could not explain what the problem was and offered a full refund. I supplied my bank details and 2 weeks later, I have not received a refund and my emails are being ignored. Please don’t make the same mistake, especially if travelling from overseas. AVOID!!

Maybe just pay for an electronic copy as the print turns out really dull compared to what they show you in the shop. Not worth £400, incredibly disappointed.

The idea of product is lovely and the customer service in Camden, London was great but the quality of the product is not so good. The print has a couple of white specs that that shouldn’t be there and stand out on the black background and the plastic in the frame is quite cheap and scratch marks appear very easily and unfortunately stand out on black background. For such a price you would expect a better outcome.
