I love the pieces but the delivery experience was very slow. Communication also was inefficient, tried through whattsap to no avail and later by telephone call also to no avail. Improvements in Communication would be advisable

The products are good but the customer service and the shipment service is very slow and unhelpful. One of my order is long overdue for shipment. I asked the seller a few days back and he still hasn't responded.

Order took three months, was incorrect when delivered, and no response from customer service on what’s app or email.

Great experience; from the customer service to the product to all communication. Very happy!

Excellent service. The seerah canvas is very nice. Its looks wonderful.

The person I messaged via WhatsApp to buy my product, I told him to wrap it well, and he sent it to me in a way that was not appropriate for a gift. The product was wrapped in cut cardboard and the packaging was also very bad. When I told him about that via WhatsApp, he read my message and did not reply to my message.

I bought an item. After the confirmation, they sent me an offer via email saying that if I made another purchase, this item would be shipped for free. Until today, nearly a month later, I have yet to receive the item. I emailed them a couple of times but they have yet to reply back. I am truly disappointed as I thought this shop is run by Muslims?

I am extremely shocked at my experience with Irada Arts, especially because I knew one of the two founders of the company when I lived in Jordan.

I spent over $600 on the Seerah canvas over six months ago. I have not received my item. The money has been deducted from my account. I have called, left voicemails, and written WhatsApp messages.

This is a fraudulent company and they should be taken to court and dealt with severely. I am really shocked and I will be letting everyone know to steer clear of them.

Design is nice but finish could be better. The surface is not as polished as expected and some edges still have black marks from the fabrication process and also not smooth, potentially able to get nicked or cut.

The Artworks are very beautiful, though flimsy since a couple of bridge/link pieces came off... However, much improvement can happen in communication, since it's very difficult to reach out and have any kind of interface to address any issues...
I hope there is betterment in both quality and communication, particularly since the designs are really exquisite...

I took way too long to receive order. Order was placed in November and we finall received it in February.

Too small for the price. I also thought I ordered gold so I am going to have to spray paint it but the quality is good.
