Irada Arts Recenzje

Received a damaged tapestry and no one has bothered addressing the issue. I have called both numbers, emailed numerous times and left so many messages. I have even contacted the company on Facebook and Instagram. Not one person has bothered to address my problem at all. Paid over $800 and received a damaged item and radio silence since then. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Very bad service..I bought the product..the day I recieved it..I booked a return because I wanted to buy another product in exchange. No one replies the whatsapp, no one takes the calls..no one replies the mails.
I have requested on the voice mail number to call me back.
But no one bothers. When no one bothers about the after sales services..the company deserves one star or zero star

The company does not answer any phone, emails, or messages, they do not say until after the order, how long it will take for processing, or shipping, my order took a whole month to arrive , during this month I did not know if this was a scam or not. But the order arrived in a very good shape, carefully package and the artwork is good, but I will never order with them again.

I love my new wall decal! I've ordered other wall decals from other companies but their quality doesn't compare to Irada's. It does not come off and there are no air bubbles that form on the wall. It's beautiful and it was very easy to put on the wall. Thank you so much for your professionalism and quality.

Very good service and very pleased with the product.

Well finished product. Wall mounting instructions and matching hardware accessories should be included with it

We did not receive what we ordered (art piece is painted a dark gold, it is suppose to be a brushed steel in gold finish). Does not look like anything described on Instagram, did not include spacers, and worst yet is I have not been able to contact/communicate with anyone from Irada despite multiple attempts and platforms. Very disappointed at the level of customer service. The only good experience I had was when I initially placed the order. Will not be a returning customer!

Absolutely stunning!!
Brings the whole house to life and nothing better than the remembrance of Allah!!
Easy to use super fast shipping! Promotions are always awesome, a lifetime customer for sure!

Our experience with Irada has been very positive. The product we ordered was received in a timely fashion - actually before we had anticipated it. The item is beautifully made and suits our purpose well. We would recommend you to anyone and would definitely use you again ourselves.

My art work was beautiful just like they promised mashAllah.

Ordered the Allah - vertical thuluth from Irada Islamic Wall Art. Item was well packaged and delivered in a week. Satisfied with the product and services. Well done!

Very late delivery..almost 2 months still waiting for delivery..emailed twice and wsapp twice no reply...

The sales person, wall art , the communications, and the delivery are all great.
Keep up the good work guys.
Thank you.

The product quality was excellent. Super satisifed

The items I bought-- at reasonable prices-- arrived in excellent condition, rolled up and un folded, ready to use. I will look at Irada in the future when I want to buy more Islamic art.

Very nice artwork, fast delivery, only costly.

The print on my canvass was faded. Contacted seller but no response.
