DO NOT under any circumstances purchase ANYTHING from this group of charlatans. They are SCAMMERS.
They subscribe you WITHOUT INFORMING YOU when you purchase a test from them. It's hidden away in their terms and conditions at the bottom of their website page and you have 24 hours to cancel their subscription that you are NOT aware you've signed up for.
When they send you your name and password, you are unable to view the terms and conditions and you are unable to find their contact address. You have to access their homepage again incognito to get that information.
The credit card companies are now aware of them apparently.
Looking through the reviews, they've scammed a lot of people and the reply you get from them is absolutely fake.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE.

Wish I’d read these reviews before I paid the €0.50
Immediately cancelled my debit card when the penny dropped it was a scam.
They don’t tell you it’s a subscription until after you’ve paid the 0.50 and there’s no way to cancel.
They’ve subsequently tried to take £42 from me twice but my card was cancelled so no joy for them this time.

Attention, arnaque ! Site de QI malhonnête qui prélève 48,90 € par mois sans consentement !
Je tiens à mettre en garde toute personne tentée de s'inscrire sur ce site de tests de QI. Après un prélèvement initial de seulement 0,50 €, je me suis retrouvé avec des prélèvements abusifs de 48,90 € chaque mois ! À aucun moment il n'est clairement indiqué que vous serez abonné à un tel tarif exorbitant après le prélèvement minime.
Le site est extrêmement trompeur et joue sur l'ignorance des utilisateurs pour les piéger dans un abonnement caché. Une fois que vous vous en apercevez, il est quasi impossible de se désinscrire ou d'obtenir un remboursement. Le service client est inexistant ou refuse simplement de traiter les réclamations.
Je suis écœuré par ce genre de pratiques scandaleuses qui cherchent à extorquer de l'argent aux gens. Je vous conseille de fuir ce site à tout prix ! C'est une arnaque pure et simple, et j'espère que mon avis vous évitera de tomber dans le même piège.
Je vais donc déposer plainte pour escroquerie, signaler le site à Julien Courbet ainsi qu'à la répression des fraudes, sans oublier 60 millions de consommateurs et Que Choisir toujours friands de ce type de témoignages.

FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had paid $0.50 for a IQ test which I payed for. it did not state when paying that, that i would have £42.55 come out my account. when i emailed the company they said my account has been deactivated and i will be billed no more and will not get a refund. after this i then had ANOTHER £42.55 come out in the space of 2 days!!!!!! i am beyond angry and have had to go through the bank for fraud. do NOT use this company unless you want them to take money when they feel like it.

Scam company. Dispute payments with bank under section 3.2 of their subscription policy
If you were like me and forgot to unsubscribe and by shock, were charged €50 for the subscription just know that they will refuse your refund request by default.
Make sure to dispute with your bank as in their subscription policy section 3.2 it states that they will give a refund within 7 days of a request if you send them an email. Don’t waste time calling them either as it’s just an automated voice that will end the call after 2 mins.
They are a crap company that are just looking to take money from vulnerable people that don’t know how to retrieve their money.
I was charged twice because my partner used my card for her account with them and they were able to refund my account charge but they needed her to email them for her refund and surprise surprise, she got the same copy and paste email refusing a refund.
As long as you make sure to dispute the payment with your bank as they are refusing a refund that you are allowed to have which is in their policy then you should be able to get your money back.
I emailed them first and after the first email I got from them which was a refusal to refund I immediately disputed the payment and the next I got an email from them telling me they will refund.
Crappy scam company, 0 stars. It’s a company that shouldn’t exist with the way they operate.

Not a scam but a sketchy way to do things.
Basically the site tells you that the test costs 0.50€, but when you look at the small letter of the TOS, they tell you that they are offering you a monthly service that charges you almost 50€ a month. I was able to cancel the so called "subscription" via their webpage at the few hours and i am kind of expecting to not get charged. If i do get charged I will surely change the review. As said so, not a scam but a really missleading marketing scheme created so you spend 50€ if you are not used to read Small letter. Satisfied with the test tho.

Scam beware they charge you 0.50p then try to extort your account thankfully my bank asked me to authorize, recommended to terminate your card if you linked it to this site!!

Be awear of the site
Everything the site does is give you a smaller test that tells you your iq and after that will want 0.5 euro to show you the result so please if you would like to see it read the terms and if you accept them you can turn the subscription off under your profile on pc

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. They took $50 from my daughters account without her knowingly subscribing. I have called over 15 times to the so called contact centre which never connects, plus written 5 times with no reply. DO NOT COMPLETE AN IQ TEST otherwise they will unknowingly charge you $50.
