It is a scam. Had to freeze my card and account link to this because they refuse to cancel my subscription and won't respond to any enquiries. System for cancelling doesn't even work.

I need to sue them for they have charged me over $200, even after cancelling the plan, can someone please tell me how? or tell me how can I recover money from them?

THESE PEOPLE STOLE MONEY FOR MONTHS
I signed up for a monthly membership and I cancelled it a week after because the system was horrible.
After the cancellation, they continued charging me $1 for a month for the following 3 months. Then on the fourth month, they decided to start charging me $50 per month for other 4 months. They never told me they didn't cancel my membership they just kept charging me. They do not have a customer service support team and they haven't refunded me my money. They owe me $200 for a system I never used. They never sent any sort of notification, until my card didn't go through with the payment, then they HAD THE NERVE to send an email asking for the money.
Unprofessional scammers.

Just started using it, but so far it's been great. Soo quick to start, I couldn't believe it. Pictures are beautiful, instantly connects with phone, will definitely recommend! thanks guys!

BIG SCAM - DO NOT sign up. I dont understand how they have a 3.8 rating. I lost 150 pounds to this company as they refuse to cancel my subscription. I had to call my bank and ask them to block the company. And they have the audacity to chase me for a payment sending me an invoice. Absolutely horrible.

I don't know. It seems good but after one 5-minute try it's asking me to review it. So that's kind of retarded

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. It is impossible to reach customer support, and the website does not function properly. Despite multiple attempts to cancel my membership, they continue to deduct the monthly fee. The cancellation process is completely flawed, making it impossible to stop the subscription.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this service until these serious issues are resolved.

DO NOT SIGN UP!! The website doesn't allow you to cancel your subscription. When you go to submit the cancel subscription it error's out. When you try to submit a form to customer service, the submit button doesnt work. STAY AWAY!!!!!
