You cannot cancel the subscribtion, after i contacted them they charged me 50 dollars and then after i BLOCKED THEM AND CHANGED MY CARD, they somehow managed to charge me again?

These are fake reviews. They are a subscription scam, with no customer service and they've been billing me for nearly a year despite having contacted them numerous times to cancel.

Buyer beware you can't get any help, and I did the free-trial, I was charged, and now I cannot cancel the app. There is no number and the service Zendesk repeats the same process I took to cancel online. Select cancel button, submit email, next you are supposed to recieve an email within 30min and nothing comes. I have sent in over five requests and no email.

It is a scam. There is no way to unsubscribe once they have your credit card details. No one replies to emails, and the online query will not allow you to submit one. Please do not sign up for the 30 day trial. THIS IS A SCAM and I have cancelled my credit card as a result.

Do not attempt to cancel through their website, as it won’t work. The only way to stop recurring payments is through PayPal or your bank. This company operates in a way that is clearly designed to trap users into paying indefinitely. Avoid at all costs.
