Just wanted to write a quick review cause I don't usually do this stuff. This place is amazing and has the best controllers at the best prices. Pretty good tech support too cause they know their stuff. Free shipping takes less than 1 week which is fine considering it's free. I recommend this place on the Internet.

Just a great company and product that I have been using for years now. If you want a quality product delivered quickly and great customer service and tech support than I recommend these guys. I have got my own spin-off business from these guys and the products are top-notch. A+

I love this website! I ordered my Xbox One chrome modded controller last Tuesday and it was on my front porch by Friday. I haven't been able to put it down since and it is crazy what this thing does! The rapid fire is insane, better than any I've used before and it has some crazy features. Big shout out to the lady who walked me through the features on the phone and hooked me up with the free shipping. You have earned a repeat customer and my buddy put in his order this morning. After reading all the positive reviews online, I decided to purchase 2 modded controllers, and I paid for rush service. Their website said rush orders will ship out within 24 hours. Well 2-3 days went by, and I heard nothing from them. Normally when an item ships, you will receive a shipping notification. So, I emailed them.....No response....Emailed again, and again, and again.....Still no response. I thought, maybe they are just busy and can't reply to these messages, I will just give them a call, and leave a message. This is when it got really shady... 1-888-779-1377 that is listed on their Facebook account is no longer in service. Weird, I thought... So I called the number listed on their website 905-721-8492 many times. It just rings and rings with no answering machine. What kind of reputable business doesn't have a reliable way to communicate with their customers?

I have been an online seller since January, and I am certain if I performed the way this company does, I would be out of business. Something is very weird about this company, and I didn't feel right about them. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I will never do business with these guys again.

I have been a long-time customer of intensafirestore for all my modded controllers for ps3, xbox 360 and now xbox one and ps4. Their controllers are the best on the market as I have tried their competitors and their's are the best no questions asked. Their support team know their stuff inside and out and always give the best advice when I need it. Just saying'...

I ordered 9/12/14 and waited all the way until 10/5/14, when i decided to just cancel the order. After the first week of waiting and sending a email to their customer service, they told me that it would take 1-2 weeks because the case was on backorder. I was in no rush to get my controller, so I said I would wait, no biggie. 2 weeks later, I asked for an update on my controller...by this time, I expected everything to be instock and ready to ship out(That's what the website said all the time)...They even gave me a link to Zen desk as a "tracking order"(they used quotes). So I used the link and nothing, couldn't access anything. Figuring it was faulty, I emailed again a week later asking for any update of my controller. Their response "Yes, sorry, the monster energy controller shell is on backorder. Please choose another so we can ship it out right away. Thanks." After 3 weeks of this back and forth with them always saying on backorder or unavailable, I just sent them a email saying that if they couldn't give me any actual and useful update on my order, they should just cancel my order. They did just that, they knew they had no information on my order, it was just a big run around attempt grab my money without delivering without any product. Overall just terrible Customer server- no helping at all, just a big circle of information. Very disappointed in this company and would never even think about ordering anything from them again.(This was my first order)

Tl;dr: Highly disappointed and upset. Customer service is terrible- no usefulness, run around to stall for time, and absolute false information all around.
Of course, you could ignore my review, I might have just been one of those customer that just didn't get any attention from the company...But think about this, why order from a company if they treat even one customer like me?

They Report that they are the first to release a Modded XboxOne Controller when in fact they are not (most mod controllers for other companies have shipped) since they started Taking Pre-Orders around 12/01/2013, with a shipping date of 12/16/2013 to date (02/04/2014). the controller has still not shipped. when ever I contact them they always say next week or sometime in the next 2 weeks!

I Have Had This Mod For Over A Year And Have Had No Issues With It At All . I Love It Couldnt Ask For Anything Better... If I Could Add One Thing It Would Be A Sticker That You Can Put On Bottom Of The Controller For The Settings

Overall, this controller works great. All the mods work as promised, except there are a few overall downsides. The LB and RB buttons sometimes stick, and it always disconnects from the Xbox and requires to be resynced. I give this controller a 8/10.

I love that it uses a standard PS3 controller. Work great with good mode choices. My only complaint is that I had to unplug it to reset it every so often. It was like the controller did not recognize it was there. Actually, the little wire that connects the mod to the controller broke. I need a new one. I do tend to squeeze my controller pretty hard sometimes, maybe that is the cause. Other than that a great overall mod.

i ordered the xbox mod chip and the illuminating thumbsticks, i love the products, they were shipped fast and packaged well, i would also like to say it was very easy to install it took just few minutes and fit perfectly in my controller with no game play problems, i dont use the mods but i love the illuminating thumbsticks, the work great, really looking forward to sending a different controller in to customize. thanks for the wonderful products and hope you all keep up the good work.

I've bought Three controllers from your company, and although I didn't have a problem with two of the three, the Third controller, the buttons get stuck together very frequently, and the Colour faded somewhat very quickly. I've referred your company to a friend, who wasn't so fortunate to have the same experience as I.

I loved this controller, the mod is great, took me a little while to get used to but in the end it was worth it! I love the real tree camoflague and just how the controller feels. 10/10!

Man i bought the chips old and new did not work that well in either ps3 controller. so iam gonna buy aps3 controller all ready modded. Ihope it works well; if not I will be pissed! I will definitely let my fellow gamers out there know! No Worries- No Stress and I am out!

I've used these products a few times and was pleased. It's fun putting in the mod kit yourself and it works pretty good.

I never like ordering online but I heard they were the best so I took a chance and was very happy. I was able to track my order through the whole process and upon receiving my controller I can honestly say my game has improved.

The mod controls have totally changed the feel of gameplay for me. I use the controllers every time I play a FPS game such as COD. I notice a big difference in shooting. For example, it turned my sniper gun into an automatic! I totally kick but and now one has a clue how I do it! I am ready to do another order soon!
