Having used PennyGrab for several months I really like it, but of the few instance that required help, only one was ever addressed and only resolved well over 4 weeks later. They left an item out of my shipment and after a promise to send it with the next shipment, and 4 instance of this, I finally got it. Other problems included an item reflecting the wrong price, and having a shipping fee (when the site clearly says there are no shipping fees on any items) that were never addressed. I called and emailed multiple times with no success. So a great site, until something goes wrong, which is not that often, but when it does you can pretty much count on nothing being done.

So sometimes I buy bids from the free bids page, I buy like 10 but I am unable to use them in regular auctions since they think I have voucher bids. That's the only problem

Been playing there since it opened. Have always got all my wins within 2 weeks, usually a week or less. Good customer service they have always fixed any problems I had. This site is a lot of fun but does have a learning curve. Its not an ordinary timer site. It is a reserve site, so if u bid & dont win instantly then u didnt win, DONT sit there waiting for it to end. It is a reserve auction site, so there will be a stated range that each item will randomly end in. For example a $50 gift card has a range of .01-4.00 so somewhere in that range is the winning #, whoever hits that # wins the auction. Once you learn the site you can get some great deals if you are lucky or savy enough.

The site is a lot of fun when you win something, but that doesn't happen to often unless your spending a ton of cash on bid packages. They don't offer any real deals so it can add up quickly. I did have fun but I will not be going back as often as I would like to. It's just to expensive to go there on a regular basis.

Site doesn't work well with iPhone on Safari. Once registered, would not login. Item won shipped a week ago and a half ago, still not received. Use to auctions lasting 20 minutes or less. Regretfully will not be back. Have spent hundreds biding on other sites.

It is very different than any of the others. So many have changed to the negitive, but this one I have done very well on winning.

Penny Grab is different. There is an area of certainty to the auctions with a great twist. The ability to know that the auction will close at a certain point gives you a strategy if you want to bid a couple of pennies with the hope you win or go all in. There is no guarantee that the next bid is the winner, but if you blitz until the end, you will get the item at some point. The service after the win is phenominal since I can usually count on getting my wins in 5-7 bid days with it taking as little as 2. They have great customer service and work to correct any errors that they have. All and all a great experience.

Okay site, no harm no foul. Just starting out but your EARN BIDS part is mostly a joke. Out of about twenty surveys only "qualified" for 3.

I think Pennygrab is a pretty good auction site that has fantastic finishing service. I received my first win within 3 days of the win itself. I was expecting it to come at least another week. The second win took longer as I just got my shipping notice, 6 days after the win itself. Waiting to see if I get it as quickly as the first,
