I receive one good light and one damage light. It was loaded from the factory because the box was not damage. Truly disappointed.

Ho acquistato un faro con telecomando e il telecomando é risultato difettoso dal primo giorno.
Non é possibile utilizzare il faro senza telecomando, quindi se il telecomando ha problemi, rimani fregato!
Ho contattato più volte questo venditore per chiedere un telecomando sostitutivo, ma non ha mai risposto!
Ora dovrò aprire reclamo con la mia banca.
Fate molta attenzione a questo venditore disonesto!

Ci scusiamo sinceramente per la risposta tardiva. Ci hai contattato il 19 febbraio, proprio durante la chiusura dei nostri uffici per le festività del Capodanno Lunare. Ci dispiace molto se ti sei sentito ignorato, non era assolutamente nostra intenzione.
Al nostro rientro, abbiamo subito provveduto a spedire gratuitamente un nuovo telecomando in data 25 febbraio.
