To clarify what happened with your order (#yl0011342): because our solar flood lights feature high-capacity lithium batteries, the shipment was selected for an extended, routine security inspection by Dubai Customs. While government customs checks are outside of our direct control, our team tracked your package daily and pushed the carrier for release.
We are glad to confirm that your package officially cleared Dubai Customs on July 25th and was collected by the local courier on July 26th ("Last Mile Pick Up"). It is currently in active transit through the local delivery network to your address in Abu Dhabi and will be delivered to your door in the next 2-3 business days.
We take full responsibility for the long wait and want to make things right for you. We have already reached out to you directly via email with a partial refund offer to compensate for the inconvenience.

The quality is very nice
The quality is very nice, I would like to have a remote that did not have to point directly at the light. It would also be nice to have an option for 5-10-15 minutes of light as opposed to hours. The lights are nicy built and feel well made.

I love the fact there are so many…
I love the fact there are so many choices with the remote to lught up my home. I also love how bright they are and light up the whole area. I will definitely be buying again for other lights around my home.
