Technical support is VASTLY incompetent, off-shore cheap labor that improvises with erratic and contradictory instructions. On-site help is confuse, messy and sometimes just wrong. Using Make is a huge waste of time.

Since the time acquired by Celonis. Integromat(Make) has become unreliable.
n8n would be a much better alternative.

I have used Integromat for years, a pretty good alternative compared to Zapier. Sad to see it become useless.

Very disappointing customer service. They hardly look at what you're asking, answering with standard responses, not helping out or not even responding to tickets. They don't care.

They call themselves an automation tool, but they are far from that. You need to log in multiple times per day just to make sure that your scenarios are still running. The support is ignorant and does not read messages. They turn off scenarios for random errors and then you need to still manually do all the tasks that happened in between them being turned off and you noticing it. There is no automation software that costs this much time. What a waste of money!!

Disappointing. I decided to test Make for a client as an alternative to using Zapier, as the free version with Make looks like you get more 'Zaps' than the free Zapier option. Linking HubSpot and ServiceM8 all went well but then when it came to creating the flow (trying to watch HubSpot for new contacts and then create that new contact in ServiceM8) there are some very obvious fields you would want to transfer e.g. telephone and email details that aren't even an option in the ServiceM8 fields in Make. Making the whole process pointless. As a result, in the test. Make found a 'new' contact in HubSpot, transferred just the first and last name and address to ServiceM8 (btw it wasn't a new contact, it was a contact that was created in HubSpot over 6 months ago. I tested this 2x and on both occasions it pulled an old contact from HS to SM8). That was it. When the whole point of this system was to save me time, I had no more time to waste on testing Make. If it can't simply transfer basic contact data like a telephone number and email address from one place to another and when it does pull data, it's old data. I've totally lost confidence. I wouldn't recommend this system.

I moved from zapier to integromat, thinking it was cheaper.

It is.

But the cost in terms of speed and poor service aren't worth it.

I'm going back to zapier.

I was looking for something very specific (connect shopify to the offline pixel on Facebook), I first used Zapier because, well, everybody uses Zapier but after my 14-day free trial was over, I had to pay between $20 and $40 a month to maintain the ZAP live (shopify is not part of their free plan!). I then looked for other options and that's when I heard about Make. (Yep, that's their new name)

Their free plan is pretty incredible. 1,000 ops a month! (And Shopify is part of it!!!) Now if you need 10,000 ops a month, it's $9 a month! Just to give you an idea, Zapier charges $129 for the same amount of tasks!

Make also allows you to have 2 scenarios running which was more than enough for my tests.
Their support is also amazing and kudos to Jaynish for being so quick at responding to all of my questions!

I now redirect all of my clients to Make for their tasks and workflows.

We use Integromat for linking Google Meetings with WooCommerce and WooCommerce with Google Calendar.

The process is like hot knife through butter. Very very intuitive and works flawlessly. The no. of fields exposed by the API is also much higher than competition.

Pricing wise and features wise it beats Zapier and the likes hands down. Zapier also requires a paid plugin to integrate with WooCommerce. No such drama with Integromat.

Initially, I have a Core Legacy account.Then I upgraded to Pro account because I thought with the increase of 250MB - I can get MORE data stores. (This is so not clear in your features!)
I only paid a difference of upgrading.
Because it's not clear and I actually felt it I got cheated, I downgraded back to Core account.
But immediately you deducted more money from my card!
Another receipt of USD10.59!
Been using Integromat for more than a year now and I'm quite happy.
I just want a refund on the difference of downgrading because I only used for few hours!
Please be very clear on Data Stores capacity - next time.Thank you.

Integromat has an automatisation power like no other tools in the marked.
I see constant updates, they are adding whatever hot tool you ask. Thanks, keep a great job.

Integromat is really the perfect automation tool. Intuitive and mighty. I want to emphasize, the support is very helpful and answers questions detailed within screenshots. Also the support is easily reachable.
I use it for course organisation via web formular, google contacts, google sheets, sendinblue/mailchimp and for automatic finding and uploading/updating files from dropbox to my app server. Besides for making a neat filterable google sheet from a google form. It has many integrations and the pricing is better than zapier.
Btw there is a in-depth learning platform named integromasters and an extension platform named appmarket.space (e.g. integration of SevDesk, ...)

All in all I tested most of the available automation platforms and I happily stay with Integromat.

Love this platform. I needed something more powerful than Zapier, that could process data and return a result.

I was looking for a free alternative to Zapier. Something that would record orders from my website. I struggled at first but Alex Chekalov provided the best support! Very quick to respond and didn't brush me to one side because I was on a free plan. I can now say I will be soon upgrading to a paid plan. Totally worth it and all down to the support. Thanks again!

We used to be a heavy enterprise customer using an other well-known solution.

We moved to Integromat and trust me this tool is way beyond what others can do. It is native Json, collections and arrays based (not strings !).

Working with complicated and nested datasets is so easy (it does so much automatically for you). The build in JSON tools are a big plus.

Their flow editor is very easy to use and allows you to make very complex scenario's without loosing the overview.

Processing and mapping data is super simple. Iteration and agregation steps....... so smart.

Their HTTP connectors are powerfull, if they do not have an app just use their HTTP connector to connect to an API.

Even buidling your own apps is possible, you need a bit more skills but again relatively easy.

The architecture of this platform is simply brilliant. Can't wait for the next version.

I love Integromat! Such an amazing tool. It takes a bit to learn, but then you'll get addicted to automation :)

I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Integromat. Scenario expert, Alex helped me create a relatively complex integration scenario between Google Sheets and Monday.com and was quick, professional, and accurate. I even managed to mess up the connection at one point and he was able to fix it. I highly recommend integromat and utilizing their scenario experts.

Upgrading for a single month is horrible, also the 1000 operation were gone within 1 hour already. Can I solve this without having to wait another full month?
