Integrar have been extremely difficult to work with and I have little faith that they will properly facilitate my remortgage without further incident.

My complaints include:

The fact that it took them over 6 weeks to respond to a email from me, and many subsequent chases, in which I was simply asking for a way to complete the mortgage deed (as their online portal had errors).

They tried to charge me £60 for notifying the freeholder about the remortgage. Please bear in mind that I am the freeholder (and they knew this, as I'd supplied this information to them).

There were suddenly a bunch of hidden fees that they are charging me (e.g. electronic ID checks and multiple transfer fees) that total a significant amount of money. This should have all been disclosed upfront and explained what these were, without me having to probe further.

All in all, it is very hard to get transparent and timely information from Integrar and I feel scammed.

A huge Thankyou to Charlotte & Jake for making our remortgage experience extremely quick and straightforward.

Do not use this company!! We were recommended them via Barclays in order to sort a re-mortgage but we ended up cancelling it as their service was shocking. Mistakes, problems accessing their portal and mis-laid documents. When we complained they just made excuses. Terrible. Would recommend you avoid them like the plague!!

Had a great experience with Integrar. Seamless process that was aided by the excellent on-line tool. I knew exactly where we were in the process and the team (Matthew) responded promptly to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Integrar made it easy. Charlotte kept us well informed.

Three months of dealing with Integrar Services, Blyth left me emotionally and financially scarred. This particular office was unprofessional, incompetent, inconsistent and lazy. I would say that only ONE member of staff out of the dozen of staff I came in contact with, was truly useful and genuinely wanted and actually helped me (the star is for him). I was so close to abandoning my remortgaging due to my dealings with this particular office. Unfortunately, they were the company used by the bank (who should seriously think about choosing another company!)

The Solicitor's were acting on behalf of the mortgage lender as part of a standard re-mortgage. Whilst they were good to keep me informed of developments right up to completion date. It was the continued fees they were charging, which left the whole experience so disappointing. All of which were completely disputable.

I would never consider a mortgage provider again that uses Integrar.

The transition was smooth and completely uncomplicated, it was made easier by great communication from Jake and Anya who were a fantastic help.

Charlotte was the caseworker looking after my remortgage, and was brilliant. There was quite a tight timeline to complete the remortgage, switching from residential to BTL, before my fixed period ended and everything happened extremely smoothly and efficiently. Would highly recommend!
