Hopping to change this review, bought early so that I could have the bike assembled in plenty of time for Christmas, only to find a damaged part, emailed on Sat no reply, emailed again today to get an email back stating that it takes time to process the complaint, never mind when the part will be dispatched!!!!! I'm panicking now as Christmas is fast approaching, hoping that they deal with this efficiently and send the part as a priority delivery or I'm going to have a very sad 6 year old 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I am only giving 1 star as I cannot give 0. A complete con. Do not use this company. My order did not arrive and I was then Blocked by customer services to avoid a refund. Terrible

Placed an order on the 15th Nov, money was taken and we received an email to say bike had been dispatched on the 16th Nov. We have still not received the bike, I have chased up with emails and left a message on their automated answer phone but no one has got back to me… not happy

The bike is good quality came very quickly and was a reasonable price compared to other shops delivery was only 3 to 4 days and box was still in good shape my daughter will love this bike at Xmas she will be 1 happy girl

Ordered a 24" bike for my daughter's birthday present.
Arrived within 3 days in perfect condition and the quality of the product surpassed my expectations when considering the fair price!

Excellent service, the childs bike arrived much sooner than expected. I haven't opened the box yet, it's a Christmas present for my granddaughter, but I'm sure it will be just what she wants.

The bike is not bad.
Easy to fix.
But too many scratch, cos of the delivery.
The basket is in bad condition. 😔

We placed an order on the 11th November the item after being on your help chat says order been fulfilled but we have not received our bike!? We have sent several emails but have had no response?

Bought one of their electric bikes and I assume during the delivery process it became damaged. Richard from Insync called me following my online contact and arranged for the damaged part to be replaced and it arrived the next day. Super impressed. Thank you

I would have given 5 but I wasn't informed that only one bike was being delivered because the other wasn't in stock still awaiting for it to be delivered

The bikes are very well made but the instructions leave a lot to be desired. We had to get someone to put them together. Perhaps a note on the sale sight explaining they need someone who has an understanding of bikes to put them together.

Absolutely thrilled with the service and my Granddaughter is over the moon with her new bike. Will definitely recommend you to my friends and family

Both the bikes are amazing and easy even for a woman to build thanks to the insync YouTube channel. Amazing quality and worth every penny!

Fantastic company who were extremely generous. Had bought a 2nd hand bike from a friend and promptly broke the sensor. A local bike mechanic spoke to them and was talked through the issues. A part was later sent which needed an explanation re welding. No hesitation in spending more time helping with our issues. Many thanks

Goods arrived promptly and were well packaged. The bicycle was for my wife and is very good quality considering the price. Very pleased to see it was not made in China!!

I need a replacement battery for my very expensive Insync Circuit e-bike so contacted Insync customer services. They never bothered to reply, so as there are no spares listed on their website I'm left with a very expensive piece of junk as after sales is non-existant.

Quick delivery of bike, which was great but unfortunately during assembly the front wheel showed to be buckled. Luckily Insync sent out a new wheel. Thank you Insync, I love my Florence model and am greatly enjoying the freedom of daily bike rides.

My bike came quickly, pretty simple to put together and it's a lovely looking bike would definitely recommend and I would happily purchase from you again.
