This is my first time trying to buy travel insurance as a US expat. Mia was honest and patient when explaining my purchase options. She helped me beyond my expectations. Absolutely awful company. Do not trust them. On the phone it’s always yes you will be covered. When a claim is sent in - they find any excuse in the book to not pay genuine medical bills even after verbal approval!! A con company based out of the Cayman’s with no liability and no honesty.

They were very helpful and patient. Taylor pace helped me understand across policies and compare and shared links of multiple policies.
