I had a great experience with Katie Hinton. I was looking for medical coverage for my parents. I had multiple queries in this regards. Excellent Customer Service Assistance
Once I was in my account homepage, the chat button popped which already provided assurance that assistance was there if any issue would arise. I was stuck in the payment step, I tried three times that created error in my purchase. I got the first email confirming my purchase and a second email informing me that my purchase was incomplete. I went back to my account and sent a message to the chat box and promptly, KATIE assisted me, professionally and skillfully. Despite my worry and a little panic, everything went smoothly. The customer service is beyond excellent! Thank you Insubuy.
