Stay away from Insubuy. Wasted so much money for eventual denial
We have always bought insurance via Insubuy. For probably 10 years, every year since my parents have been visiting. The last time they came, my mom had to use urgent care twice, and I provided all documents to the insurance company and it has been 6 months and they keep denying or postponing. This is a total waste of money, they will deny at the end.

I took a PPO insurance and it’s not working anywhere. It was very expensive and was marketed as it would work everywhere but it is not working.

The Beacon America PPO plan is designed to work within the UnitedHealthcare PPO network, rather than at every provider nationwide. Providers outside of this network may request upfront payment or may not be familiar with how to verify international visitor plans, which can sometimes cause confusion at the time of service.
In many cases, when a provider is unsure how to process the plan, they may attempt to check eligibility through a domestic system instead of the correct international network. For this reason, all billing, verification, and claims instructions are listed on the back of the ID card and are also explained in the “How to Use the Insurance” document available in the MyAccount portal.
It’s also important to note that providers are allowed to request payment upfront and submit claims afterward, depending on their office policies.

I've tried 2 pharmacies that was listed in your site to get doctor's prescription.
The A Plus Pharmacy and CVS, I've showed my id that I downloaded in my account portal. They said they are not accepting your insurance card.

We're so sorry you had issues at the pharmacy. Please note that, as stated in your policy details available for you to read before purchase, prescriptions are not billed directly to the insurance company from the pharmacy, so they are correct in not accepting your insurance card in that situation. Rather, you are required to pay up front and allow the insurance to reimburse you. Please also note that the plan you purchased included an RX discount card specifically for use at pharmacies, which will further reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.
