No benefits received so far.

So far, I was only able to pay for the insurance service, I didn't use any medical services yet though. Therefore I don't know whether all the offered services are actually provided when needed. However, the insurance policy documentation was provided quickly.

Great insurance

Great insurance! The only thing I would add to their service is the option of that I could get insurance for more than one month and then have the option to pay it monthly

Surego customer service and claims dept. are incompetent

I first emailed the required documentation for my claim on 2/1/26 but my pictures were "not clear enough". I then faxed my documents on 2/5/26 and emailed 2/5/26 to give them the heads up that I faxed the documents over and asked them to confirm that they received them, no response. I called two weeks later to confirm that my claim was being processed and the lady said she couldn't see the claim in the system and to give it a week and call back. Called back 3/3/26 and my claim was still not being processed. I then reached out to Insubuy to see how they could help facilitate the claim being processed and only after getting a Manager involved Surego decided to respond and tell me that only 1 page of the 16 page fax was received. It took 33 days from when I faxed in the documents in for Surego to tell me that they only received 1 page. To even get the response 33 days later took multiple calls to Insubuy and multiple calls and emails to Surego for them to finally let me know.
I then emailed my documents as a PDF and a day or so after sending on 3/12/26 Surego acknowledged they received my clam and gave me a claim number.
Surego then emailed 3/19/26 requesting outstanding documents? They wanted "Proof of medical expense payments.". Although I already included all receipts that I referenced in the claim I submitted. In my claim submission I even included my unrine, blood and feces testing results from when I was hospitalized. I literally included everything but the kitchen sink in what I sent. I then reached back out to the Insubuy Manger I have been dealing with to help from here again as Surego staff is clearly too incompetent to do the job themself. Surego is the absolute worst and unprofessional "business" (if you could call it that) and I would advise anyone reading this to seek travel insurance elsewhere. Finally, on 2/7/26 I received my reimbursement check which was by the way under $100. Throughout the process it felt like they were trying to wear me down and get me to give up on getting my less than $100 reimbursement.

None of the claims were EVER reimbursed…

None of the claims were EVER reimbursed by you. And no hospital/ clinic recognizes your visitors insurance. So its an absolute waste to even buy your insurance

I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed with this experience. I canceled my policy (PATII85917321) before it even started because my trip was canceled due to visa issues. I received an email confirming that the refund request was processed, but until now I have not received the money in my account. 3 months passed since we request refund.

I even contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no refund has been received on my card. They asked me to request official proof of the transaction from the insurance company, but I have not been provided with any real proof.

It is very concerning that such a small refund is delayed without clear communication. This raises serious doubts about how urgent situations like medical emergencies would be handled under this insurance.

4 mo old claim, no response

Bought the travel health insurance for a trip to Greece last October. Had an accident during the trip and I submitted the Dr and hospital bills. It's now mid-Feb and I haven't heard a word from them since the initial "your claim is being reviewed" in Oct. I've sent messages, but no response. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

Policy didn't cover any emergency expenses and I ended up paying ~25k from my pocket.
