Like everyone, I was nervous about spending nearly £1000 online for a Nikon D750 from an online, grey import company. However I would recommend them based on my experience. Emails updated me with progress and UPS tracked the item from Hong Kong all the way to door and it arrived 25 minutes early. UK plug inside the box and everything as it should be. Now looking to buy some lenses.
Updated 18/10/2018 - I have now bought a 200-500mm Nikon lens through instashot and had exactly the same excellent service. Would definitely buy again.

Arrived promptly, well packaged. Just as expected.

Trusting other reviews, I went ahead and ordered a Nikon D850, which was well cheaper than most other sources. The whole process was trouble free, and the goods promised for delivery 3 days after order were delivered on time. Would recommend.

Ordered on Sunday, arrived Thursday.

Some confusion over delivery tracking number (tracking showed the package should have been delivered on Wednesday. It arrived Thursday) but customer support responded very quickly to my email enquiry and answered my query - apparently FedEx changed the tracking number after shipping.

I would recommend Instashot, and I would buy from them again.

These prices are simply the best and the service is excellent, the website is easy to negotiate and works flawlessly. My new D500 from instashot was less expensive than any second hand one I could find online, and certainly very much cheaper than the prices in my local high street camera store. The delivery by UPS was a day later than promised - their mistake, not instashot's - but even so, six days from Hong Kong to the remote Highlands of Scotland is impressive! I would however add that despite UPS's mistake it was very easy to track my camera as it traversed the globe. I am a very happy customer and WILL be back!

Ordered Nikon AF-S 58mm f/1.4G Lens Late Friday, arrived next Wednesday. Tracking good, everything looks fine.

Wonderful service ordered camera on Monday evening had it the following Monday morning all as promised well packaged. Enjoying my new camera thanks would shop with them again.

Up to press no problems, camera works as it's supposed to , no faults or defects, arrived on time. I can't see any problem why I wouldn't deal with this company in the future, its definitely value for money. I hope if I ever need to use the warranty that it will be equally trouble free.

Ordered a Nikon camera from instashot, understanding it would be a grey import, but since they were going second-hand on ebay for not much less it seemed a sensible move. I ordered it on Thursday and tracked the shipping from Hong Kong via Germany, and it was here on Monday. Astonishingly quick and with a UK plug.

I would very happily use them again. Grey imports don't always work - I bought a Breitling watch as a grey import with a fully activated warranty which I couldn't fault, but I also had a Galaxy phone from a Hong Kong company which turned out to be locked to Asia, and so was useless. I had to raise a dispute with PayPal, and eventually got a full refund.

One tip - if you are still nervous about buying grey imports always pay with either a credit card or PayPal.

Highly recommended, camera delivered in 4 days, fully trackable. Would certainly buy from again.

Excellent prompt service from Instashot but the Deliver firm UPS is not so great!

Very good and efficient online customer service! Had some issues with my payment at the beginning but had a good assistance to sort that out rapidly.
Once i got my order, i wrote the following review:
"Order seems to be alright, although the packet has been opened before getting to me, the quality assurance broken and no guarantee inside (bought the camera with a 3 years guarantee). Gonna have to sort that out now...."
And immediately got a satisfying answer by email 😊

I must admit I was a bit wary about ordering from instashot but I have to say I have been so impressed with how my purchase of my camera went. I received the camera a day early and I am so happy with it. I have no hesitation in recommending instashot to anyone and will be using them again.
