I have spent over £11,000 with this company over the last year. The items have all been delivered with 4 days. I've been very happy, but the most recent purchase took 9 days. The web page now seems to have been closed down. Thankfully, we are 'square'
I have had some real bargains so, no regrets here.

All in all, it would've costed £3000 more from Jessops in UK.
I hope the web page failing is only a temporary thing and that irt doesn't affect the future of the company.

Please, people listen too the review below mine, I was in the exactly the same position, ordered a camera, did not hear anything had to e-mail them, only reply I got was "your order has been received successfully". a couple of days went by and nothing, tried the chat room which did not work, e-mailed the company no reply, even telephoned the person but kept going to answer phone, then got tracking details which is when I realised it was coming from hong kong, this was not shown on there website, another couple of days went by and checking the movement of the item, which had not moved from its destination, checked with TNT, who std the number was valid but had not been handed over for shipment, I then emailed the company again and got another tracking number with another company and again it was not handed over for shipment, all this was just delay tactics, I then raised a complaint with PayPal, who stated that the seller had issued a refund, which at the last day was cancelled by the seller. Thankfully PayPal have resolved the issue and I got my money back..please don't buy anything from this site, even if you pay via PayPal although you are covered it takes a least a Month before its resolved, which is not PayPals fault has they have to give the seller time to resolve the issue.

I'm writing this review as a warning to prospective purchasers. I ordered a Nikon Z6 kit 10 days ago and paid via paypal on the assumption that the claimed 2-4 day delivery meant something. It clearly does not! Yes, i was sent a UPS tracking number and yes I got 3 emails informing there was an update on shipping but everytime I check the information remains "ready for UPS" (in Hong Kong apparently). The "live chat" never elicits a response, nor has an email. Maybe the camera will turn up but I am having my doubts. Yes there was a 400 pound saving on uk store prices but the uncertainty is beginning not to be worth it. I am beginning to wonder how accurate this Trustpilot rating is. I get the impression this is a fly by night set up located in Hong Kong and dealing in the grey market. I suggest if you buy you do what I did and use paypal's pay after delivery system. I did and if I don't hear about the camera within 48 hours I will contact Paypal to cancel the payment. I will update this review if and only if the camera actually appears and soon!

The price was brilliant! I was slightly apprehensive as the goods were shown as waiting collection by UPS for several days. I received a quick reassuring response to my e-mail and the goods arrived within a couple of days. all as expected.

I received an email to say my Nikon lens had been shipped. 4 days later they emailed to say they would provide a tracking number but after 8 days had heard nothing more.
Eventually they advised that the stock was 'damaged' and had nothing to send me. So the first two emails were pure fiction and seems unlikely to me that they ever had the stock in the first place.
Just wasted a lot of my time......

Late arrival, constantly having to chase the company to find out where my £4,000 camera is. Tracking number was not spent straight away like told. No phone number, live chat doesn't work and no reply to any emails.Products don't come from the UK.

I have ordered a canon lens, and is due to be delivered tomorrow 3rd September by DHL. I can honestly say that I have always had good service from Instashot Camera store.

It can be scarry to purchase a £1200.00 lens from another country half way round the planet. You ask yourself have I done the right thing, will it turn up and so on, well of course it did and its no different to buying one here, there is the question of warranty, but I hope I don't need it and I suspect it will be covered as they have said.
One things for sure, it saved me loads, enough to put the rest up with other money I had to aquire the D750 and grip from a simular source. Now I have serious lens and camera with the grip for virtical photography, a saving of £700.00 plus. All delivered within a week.

DONT BUY FROM INSTASHOT.
OUR CANON 6D HAD A FAULT AND STILL HAD WARRANTY. HOWEVER AFTER THE REPAIR THEY STILL HAVENT PAID US FOR THE COST OF REPAIR.

I bought a camera for nearly £900. I waited longer than the time specified only to be sent the wrong camera. I was sent a far more expensive camera than I had ordered but it wasn't what I wanted. I asked for the camera I had ordered asap as I had bought the camera for the birth of my daughter.

The correct model arrived three days later but there was no seal on the box & there was residue from a sticker that had been removed. The cable had clearly been used & retied. They had even put an adapter in the box which was nothing to do with the camera. To me that says it shouldn't be sold on the UK market. I emailed to ask why I had been sent a second hand camera. I was told it wasn't but the box & its contents told me a different story.

I went to John Lewis the next day & paid £1100 for the camera that came in a sealed box, with a Sony adapter & everything in plastic bags, as you get when you buy something brand new.

I cannot warn you enough to stay away from this company. They are a middle man for returned/second hand cameras coming to the UK from a different country.

To read the genuine reviews on here you have to get past all the fake 1 review profiles which are clearly fake. Avoid this company at all costs.

Never answered a question i asked about firmware,and camera had very thin cardboard wrapped round it - with no padding. For an expensive camera it seems to be working ok,but i expected alot more care to be taken.I also recieved no receipt for my purchase,which has never happened before with ANY camera company.
The time to arrive was good and so was the price,but it seems lucky to have arrived with me in one piece.

My delivery still hasn't arrived and it said 3 to 4 days delivery it was ordered on24th July and then I got a txt on 31st July saying it had been delivered when actually it's still in Hong Kong.
