I got in touch with Barbara Roberto from Instant office, the moment we talked she understood our needs and she was able to come back with a full list of what is relevant to our needs, she had arranged for viewings and followed up with all relevant parties, her search was just tailored and she was able to narrow it down until we got our office.

Found the process really simple. Unlike others we spoke to prior to Instant, Jamie had no problem with meeting us and showing us around the various office spaces that were available. A lot of providers only do virtual viewings, which is not ideal when choosing a new office space. All in all a great service

We approached Instant Offices to support our business by helping us locate and secure an office in central Manchester. Chris Burtle was our assigned Account Manager, he was thorough in understanding our requirements and developed a comprehensive viewing schedule of different serviced office spaces around the city, again being very considerate to our needs. We found the perfect office with Landmark and have since secured the space. I could not recommend Chris enough to anyone looking to secure office space!

Many thanks to both Barbara and Scott for handling our search for an Office. It was all very simple and both were available when needed to accommodate our needs and questions. A as a result we found a perfect office for our needs at present.

I looked through their site and found a good match for me. I filled in the form to request that office to contact me. I didn't get a reply from them, instead had multiple different offices contact me. All of these I had seen on the Instant Offices website so knew they weren't viable.

Just an excuse for data mining.

Couldnt ask for a better service

Horrible experience. I called and emailed multiple times...and got no responses other than an automated email and an answering service. The worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Tried another company and signed a lease w/in 24 hours. Try other companies before signing anything with this place. Not even sure they're a legit company and not some kind of scam.

A good service, the person on the phones was very helpful and understanding about what I needed.

Georgie was superb from start to finish of assisting us in securing our new office. Georgie called and spent a good hour or so understanding our drivers and growth plans. Within an hour so she had a shortlist of 3 relevant offices and we had viewings done within a week.
We secured our new office and had contracts signed within 14 days.

Gary was excellent, informative and on-point. Went through the positives and negatives of each office visit. Would highly recommend.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I contacted this company to inquire about office space and they advertised a 'starting at' price. Well, first getting anyone to contact you back is a nightmare! Good luck with that... I called (4) times and talked with live chat (4) times. I received an auto-response email but never once heard back from her yet I asked a multitude of questions. I have however heard from 5-6 other companies in regards to office space. In one of the calls where I (AGAIN) provided all of my information, the customer service agent was very rude! Asked for a prefix to my phone number and I gave her my full number... she asked again for the prefix... I said I live in the US and this indeed is my full number... she preceded to ask me for more numbers. Ma'am - THERE ARE NO MORE NUMBERS...If you are calling from the US you should reach me by dialing those numbers! Please beware... this is a true bait and switch company!!! They do not have any offices that go for the price listed on their webpage! Good luck to those that dare!

Georgie D was a great help in finding suitable offices for our requirements and arranging back to back visits so that we could view them, even when weather affected our travel.

After the viewings we had regular check-ins on our progress and they are able to secure additional discounts once you make your pick.
