Lucile Kempf is an amazing and great person to work with in terms of both personality and her skills and knowledge to understand the needs and supersede them. A truly pleasant experience. She is punctual, quick, and smart, and made the whole process a pleasure. Especially with her skills of finding ways to work around my busy schedule and understand my likings and dislikes so as to value every second of my time with the meetings she booked and her suggestions.

Found a office near where I needed it.
Priced at 100 per month.(which I know is too good to be true)
But I booked a viewing for 5pm today the 17 of Nov 2023.
There was nobody there to help/show me around.
I gained access via the cleaning staff.( one man who was covering for somebody else)
He asked one of the tenants who was still in the building to talk to me about the office building.
Whi informed me the place is very popular and he doubts there is a office/room free.
Now for the price I didn't expect much. And the building didn't let me down .
But I'm a tradesman and a smart swanky office would make me feel as if I should be there.
So a older building with no luxury is ideal for what I want. But looks like it's not going to be the one for me. Shame as I have just moved within 2 miles of this building and it close to everything I need to run my business.

Oh and to add to my experience.
I replied to the email I received when I signed up for a viewing. Only to have Regus call me asking about office space in a different area. Sounds like this is just a data grab and pass on type of set up.
My advice go the the building you like to look of. There will be a better way to get viewing or a idea of what really is the situation.

Quick response and good referrals - one of which resulted in a signed contract. Would use them again if/when we need an office space.

Brent is such an amazing individual! He went above and beyond to find me my office needs, and even made a PowerPoint for me to easily look at all the amenities that the offices offer. I’m very happy with his services. I hope that if anybody is in need of an office, they can definitely ask for Brent please he would make your life so much easier or less stressful because if looking for an office isn’t stressful enough he will take that weight off your shoulders and get you set up with appointments with tours he is such such such a great help!!! I don’t know how to thank him enough for all his help work and determination thank you so much Brent thank you thank you thank you! I will definitely be working with him again!

Had a great experience with Instant Offices. After requesting some details from various agents, Chris was the first to respond and within minutes after our initial conversation, I was sent the report for various offices he felt would be suitable for us and viewings were set up for the next day. We decided to go with one of his recommendations so Chris co-ordinated the whole process promptly and efficiently and we moved in within weeks. I definitely feel we made the right decision as we absolutely love the new office and would probably never have found it if it wasn't for Chris, so we can't thank him enough. He went above and beyond and was very honest and trustworthy, especially compared to other agents we were in contact with, so if this is the kind of service you're looking for, get in touch with Chris!

On their website they quoted an office space for £200 / Month.

I went in for the viewing and after over 30 minutes we sat down and I was quoted double the price for the EXACT same office space (£370+ / month) this isn't with addons / any extras it was the exact same space. They are misleading and timewasting, if you try to contact them about it they say they will call you back, except they never do. I will be taking it up with trade standards and other authorities as it's blatant misadvertising.

Jvier has been sourcing for a service office unit for us since 2022. The experience has been nothing but marvelous. He make sure to take of you, try his best to negotiate the best for us since he's representing us. He always go to the extra mile and super patient regardless of the number of trips we view, number of questions we ask. So not surprisingly we went back to him this year in getting another good deal in another service unit we are getting. Very grateful to him and things moved faster with his abundance knowledge.

I was establishing our company Denim Revolution Regional office in Turkey which led me to Lucile Kempf from Instant office and 5 other companies, Instant Office Lucile was by far the best when it came to providing me support and service, she was very quick in replying my questions, excellent follow up and co ordination of the site visits. I will strongly recommend instant offices and specially Lucile as a contact person for any of your future work place requirements.

Called twice last week to enquire about 2 offices, was told I would receive a call back. Never heard back. Zero communication.

Betty of Instant Office almost contacted me immediately after I put my interest to view an office. She arranged the viewing promptly and also follow up with me after the viewing. This is such a good initiative being very responsible person, thumbs up for Betty :)

Sophie Guest has been amazing at helping me find the office space. I did not have a great experience before I meeting Sophie. She was caring, and adamant to helping me find the right space that met my requirements. She would do her weekly check up, which I found really kind and motivating. She booked the viewings for me which was really helpful. I was then introduced to an another amazing person who works with Regus, called Craig. He has been exceptional and got me the space well within my budget and started us up. All thanks to Instant Offices- Sophie Guest. Thank you very much :)

If you want to see a property then good luck. I've been trying for two weeks to see an office and I've still not received a call back. Whenever I call the person dedicated to the property it goes to voicemail but I don't receive a call. When I call the main number I'm just told "someone will get in touch with you"......but guess what......no one does.

Paulina was a great help! Making appointments and giving great suggestions made our search for a new office much easier than expected.

Marco from Instant offices has been unbelievably helpful over the past 12 months. We have moved offices twice and he has helped us everytime find the perfect place. He goes above and beyond, sending through options and then walking myself through the different options. We have built up a great relationship, he is so easy to deal with & professional. I have also passed his details onto a person in my network for his new office. Highly recommend.

I've called and request a viewing for a specific business which I've mentioned on the phone to them in detail. They arranged the viewing at basepoint, Chatham, historic dockyard. I've spent 1h driving there and back to view it, just to tell me that they don't want a fitness related business in the premises. Total waste of time, not considerate at my time, borderline unprofessional to do that.

Barbara was super helpful with finding a space that meets all our requirements [as difficult as they are!] and communication between us is always great especially when going back and forth with office suppliers
