Honestly if I could give this company 10 stars I would! From start to finish the customer service has been brilliant.
I was anxious initially having to measure everything myself but Ben was fantastic, he gave me a call and talked me through the whole process which I found really helpful. Ben kept me updated with my order progress, delivery was smooth and the fitting was easy! We are so pleased with our shutters, they look stunning .. we ordered initially for the windows at the front of our house and now I can’t wait to order again for the rest of the windows! Brilliant quality and price. Thanks so much!

From start to finish the whole process was so smooth, Ben kept in touch via WhatsApp/Instagram checking the sizes were correct when I had placed my order, sent me a link when the shutters had been shipped and they arrived the day after they were shipped- from placing the order to delivery it took 5 days. Shutters arrived well packed so from been delivered to actually put up it took a total of 10mins absolutely brilliant and so easy to install, they look great would highly recommend - thank you so much!!

Really appreciated the messaging via Whatsapp with Ben throughout the process - gave a more personal touch and I was confident that any question I had would be answered quickly. Shutters were packaged very securely and look really smart. If I need any more shutters I'll be looking to buy from these guys.

We were quoted £1600 for plantation shutters from a major retailer so looked for something more affordable and found these at almost quarter of the price. We had outstanding service from Ben from the first contact right through to answering a dumb installation question. Great product, so easy to measure for and fit (although you need strong thumbs!) and looks brilliant. Very happy, fantastic service, great price.

We are delighted with our shutters. They are fabulous quality, and very easy to fit in a few minutes. They look fantastic. We love that you can still open the windows easily, unlike the type that attach around the whole opening, and thus also losing part of the windowsill, Customer service is exceptional. We did have a slight manufacturing issue with one panel. I rang Ben, sent photos, and within hours, a replacement panel had been ordered, no quibble. That was brilliant service, and gives me confidence to buy again in future. I would thoroughly recommend these blinds, they look fantastic, and definitely recommend the company, not only for quality, but also speed of delivery and customer care.

I came across Instant fit on instagram, checked out their website before having a call with Ben who couldn’t have been more helpful. The shutters look fantastic with a very reasonable price. I fitted all of them in less than 30 minutes. Definitely ordering again.

We purchased 5 difference pieces of shutter to fit one window. All fitted perfectly but one slat had a pin missing. I WhatsApp company and they were on it straight away. I didn't get a pin and nor did I get a new slat. I got an entire new shutter. Can't fault this company. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or making a future purchase

Well, I'll start here my review.
I went the whole hog and had the whole house done.
For a new young company they are brilliant.The quality of the blinds are exceptional and the most easiest to fit
I spoke to a man called Ben you couldn't ask for a better bloke to walk you through everything. He made things really easy and a credit to the company.
I ordered them on Saturday tea time using fast track. And they arrived Tuesday morning, all I can say I can't believe how they look would not hesitate to recommend this company to any one. Professional all the way.👏👏👏👏

Best customer service I have ever received. Ben was more than helpful from the start. Great product at a very reasonable price. You can order 1 as I did, for my new tilt and turn window. No pressure at all to order all windows. Fitting was super easy and they fit perfectly. Well done. Will definitely recommend.
