The new shutters on our French doors look great and do exactly what we wanted them to. Slight hiccup with one of the shutters was quickly and perfectly rectified by Ben who’s comms are an example for other companies to follow. Very pleased and about to order some more from them.

A great customer service experience, all questions answered a stress free purchase. I initially only ordered one blind to test the product and company. The blinds are obviously bespoke and I had one query, Ben explained and sent me a direct link via WhatsApp (I've never used this before) it was straight forward and a great way to communicate.
I was kept updated with my order and delivery, I opted for fast delivery it arrived well packaged and very quickly, I didn't hesitate to place the second order.
The blinds seem well made and we're very easy to install about a minute each, four brackets and click into place.
I would like to add , the price seemed very competitive, I did take advantage of a sale period .

Best service we have ever had from a company. We cannot rate them enough. Ben is excellent at keeping in touch from beginning to end.
Arrived ahead of time too.
Our new shutters fitted well, are excellent quality, value for money and look fabulous, we are extremely pleased, so much so we have ordered for our other windows.

Ben knows his stuff and through WhatsApp he talked me through the photos and told me exactly what they would look like and how many panels per window. Overall great experience the quality of the shutters were great having purchased some from blinds 2go previously the overall experience was a lot smoother as they kept me up to date as to where everything was up to and was delivered quickly with no issues and well packaged. Would fully recommend the white shutters as they look high quality certainly are the best about. Thanks

Ben has been incredible.
We originally had a quote for full wooden shutters and the price was astronomical.
I then found Ben on socials and we hit off straight away with him demonstrating his product and service over video call. I was amazed by the product and how easy it was to install but also so pleased with Ben’s service especially when we had an issue with 1 of the shutters required because of size, but that didn’t stop Ben pulling all the stops and achieving exactly what we needed.
I’ve already purchased 2x bays from Ben and also ordered my patio door area of the house.
Cannot wait to continue to finish the house. Will all be well worth it.
