We're so pleased with our instant fit shutters! They look really lovely. Customer service has been 5* from start to finish with great communication. I had no issue's fitting them and did them myself with no help from the husband haha. I found that heating the rubber seal slightly with the hairdryer before pushing the clips in helped loads. They fit great and look great. Highly recommend.

What can I say Briliant Service from start to finish. In particular massive Kudos to Ben who has been amazing! Was apprehensive about measurements but after the first order and a WhatsApp with Ben. We are now on our 3-6 shutter ordering, Having recently moved and didn’t want to order all in the one go, I’ve no concerns the product is solid and looks great👌well done Instant shutters !!

Wanted to get shutters for a while but so many companies and costs. Saw instant fit advertised and reviews were very positive so decided to order. Must say so glad we did. Great instructions to measure, what’s app reply so quickly after order received. Great customer service to ensure measurements all ok and asked for photo of windows they are for to visualise where they are going. So thorough, polite and respectful. Confirmed delivery and tracking code so always knew what stage at and less than 1 week from ordering delivered well packed and on time. Really well made, fit perfectly and all 5 windows look great at an affordable cost. Easy to install with no issues. Definitely recommend Instant Fit Shutters for excellent service and quality shutters.

I have had a problem sleeping since the local council fitted LED lamps in the street. I ordered these shutters, within a few days they arrived, within a few minutes they were fitted.. Perfect solution, total blackout in the bedroom. Could not be happier! Great product, great service. 5* company..

We had Instant Fit Shutters make shutters for our large living room window and the results are far beyond our expectations. The finish is perfect and has completely transformed the space. We struggled to find a company that would take on the job at a reasonable price or even at all because of the size of our windows, but Instant Fit Shutters delivered exactly what we needed. The shutters arrived amazingly well packaged and were so easy to install that it only took a few minutes and no tools at all. The customer service has been some of the best I have ever experienced. We could not be happier and are already looking forward to our next purchase.

Excellent communication, and service , super helpful with choosing the colour & how to measure, the blinds arrived in great timing, and worth every penny of there really competitive quote , I got instant fit shutter blinds, they are super easy to fit , I will defiantly be ordering more

I absolutely love my French door shutters. I could not have imagined they would be delivered so quickly (literally in a couple of days of ordering - even the small side pane ones!), or how great they would look.
Communication was brilliant, Philip even checked I had my measurements right- luckily he did , as I was wrong!

Decided to get shutters for 7 windows in our house, wanted something that didn’t break the bank but looked decent. Recommended this company by a friend and was massively impressed. Ordering was simple with easy to follow guides as was the installation for someone who doesn’t particularly like DIY. The shutters themselves look very smart and as a result I’m going back to order for the remaining windows in the house. If you’re after decent shutters at a good price you won’t go wrong

Fantastic customer service. Just ordered our third set of shutter and so far the other two have been perfect. Simple instructions on how to measure and much easier to install than expected. Customer service has been exceptional, quick WhatsApp straight after placing the order just to confirm what had been ordered and asking if we have any questions. 24hrs later asked for a photo of the window just to visualise what we’ve ordered for and to talk through position of tilts. 100% recommend.

Phenomenal customer service, no question is too much trouble for Phil, and he will message or phone to help you. I wasn’t 100% sure what to expect but the shutters are much better quality than I’d hoped for, easier to fit than I anticipated, and look lovely. I will definitely use this company again, especially as I ordered after 5pm on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend, and still received them on the following Tuesday! Thank you, Phil!

We ordered midweek, and did all measurements and sent order off, next day they just wanted to check all was correct and were exceptional in being really helpful. Shutters arrived on the Saturday and they were mm perfect and of fantastic quality and so easy to install - just a couple of minutes. Highly recommend on service and quality alone let alone the superb price! Thanks so much !

The customer service I received from Ben & Philip was faultless. They answered all my questions, did a video call with me and then remained in contact throughout the entire sale to delivery process. I am so happy with the 20+ shutters we had installed. They came well packaged and I gave the packaging so it could be re-used!

Im always very cautious when ordering on line and even more so when its for important purchases but placing my trust in Instantfitshutters paid off. I placed an order for 5 shutters for our lounge the plan being that if we were happy then we would order more for upstairs, I was given a delivery date and a dispatch update by Phillip and on arrival followed the simple installation guide, so simple, perfect fit they looked fantastic, quickly placed a second order after assurance from Philip that they could deliver for our deadline which they actually beat by 3 weeks!
