From the ordering process which is easy to the constant contact from the company about any issues if there are any and when the shutters will be delivered to the quality of the blinds I have them in every window and people have commented how good they look so could not be happier with the company and it's customer service

Absolutely changed the look of the house. Even though we had some teething problems, they sorted things out pretty swiftly. Easy to contact if there was a problem.
Either those we had more the 25 individual shutters to fit, installing them was easy.

Very easy to fit . Communicated through whatsapp which was really useful . Check your measurements a couple of times - obviously . Very pleased so much so we have ordered some more . They look great so stylish and neat . They also absorb sound as well acting as insulation. I find them very calming in the home .

Wow, what can I say! I was initially worried about getting the measurements right, but Ben was incredibly helpful. He messaged me on WhatsApp and asked for a few photos, which I sent over, and he talked me through the measuring step-by-step. It really put my mind at ease.
I placed my order online on Sunday—the whole process was very straightforward—and quickly received confirmation. Then on Thursday, I was genuinely impressed when Ben sent me a message with the tracking details to let me know the shutters had already been dispatched. They arrived first thing Friday morning at 8am!

Website is really easy to use when selecting the shutters you want. I had a large window and 3 smaller units to do and they all fitted perfectly, fitting them was very straightforward and I didn't have to wait 2 months for a fitter. Price was good as well.

Ben, our first contact with the company, was so helpful with all our questions, this made the online order a straightforward process. When the order came it took no time to install all three shutters, it really was a very easy and quick process.

Outstanding service! Very easy to install and the customer service is impeccable! I couldn’t figure out how to get the clip to fit in the beading of my window so I sent a WhatsApp to their customer service team and Philip replied within minutes. Extremely happy customer, so much so that I’ve just ordered another set for my son’s bedroom window. Highly recommend!

After looking around for shutters we requested a full house quote from IFS. They were helpful with the measuring and answered any questions.
We then placed the order and were kept informed via WhatsApp.

After comparing prices against similar companies these guys came out on top and fully backed it up with constant communication and updates.
The initial video survey was so convenient and really helpful for self measuring.

Ben was fantastic throughout. Slight issue with needing an extension piece for the handle which Ben sent to me. Shutters now instalked so all good and very pleased.

Absolutely first class in every way. The customer service was excellent throughout the very simple end to end process. The measuring, ordering and fitment was easy and the end product really adds the wow factor - all at a price point far lower than traditional fitment shutters.

I had an amazing experience with this company. The team were very helpful with answering all the questions I asked and it was honestly some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. The shutters arrived within a week and were so easy to install. The quality is incredible and they have truly transformed my bedroom windows. They block out LOTS of light when fully closed which I’m so pleased as a light sleeper. I will definitely be ordering for the rest of the house soon !
