Paul, Delma and the team are fantastic, they made us feel very welcome to the store and to Rockhampton, they have a wealth of knowledge about all things paint related, and have helped us feel confident in our house renovation. Including a personal visit to help ascertain our needs, giving us expert advice on methods and products, not the most expensive but the most appropriate to our situation.

Two woman there when I walked in. Neither one attempted to ask if I was chasing anything when I clearly walked in and walked around looking for where I would get my order from. Poor customer service

I am currently doing up an old 1971 model Honda motorcycle & being so old, no colour code was available. I bought in a sample of the old colour on an original part & was able to have the colour matched to near perfect, plus , should I require more of the same colour, the group of colours used was typed onto the cans side label so next time I can just supply the label numbers & get the exact match as many times as I like. Very pleasant staff & a very happy customer

Always helpful as usual. I am spray painting my car (first timer) and received lots of helpful advice on types of products to use along with their pros and cons. Even to advising that the following weekend was not a good time due to pending weather.
