Insistimy 

Terrible, terrible company. Placed an order on 29 August, still no still no delivery date. It looks like the order might be in transit somewhere, between China & the UK but really not sure. Additionally they have got the delivery address wrong,I’ve asked customer services to help but apparently it’s my fault & they’ve told me to contact the courier myself. Zero recognition that they’re responsible for the relationship with the courier, zero recognition that they are legally responsible for ensuring I receive the goods I’ve ordered and zero recognition of UK consumer law. Think I’ve been scammed!

Terrible company. Clothes are beautiful but the sizes are very inconsistent. I've bought from them twice and both times it has been a nightmare trying to return and get refunded. Have been trying to return for over one month and they keep giving me invalid return labels. Avoid.

Waited three months no delivert, total scam

Unfortunately, although I love the designs, some of the clothes start falling apart immediately. I wore this cotton dress and sash once, laundered it cold/delicate, and all the hems came out and frayed. Loose threads everywhere.
Plus, horrible return policy; very expensive.

Ordered the wrangler mystery bags, B1&B2. Ordered end of August received one small bag, that was a cheap knock off. Got in touch with company that claimed everything delivered. Got PayPal involved, now 2 weeks later received shipping notification that I have a package coming. As their shipping out of China, do not expect to see for a couple more weeks. Will see if I get what I Ordered, or another cheap knockoff.
