Ordered hat over a month ago and still have not recieved it... requested a refund and keep getting the run around..... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! IT IS A SCAM!

Purchase was easy. Good tracking details to follow through the whole travel. Product is great quality!

It is a great product. Everything I expected, so nothing to complain.
The issue was with the freight…I had payed for the most expensive one so I could receive tbe product within 7 days, but I received it only a month later.

The product looks awesome.

The hat is perfect! I received consistent updates on process and shipping. Shipping was fast as well. Great experience and will order again.

Beware of SCAM. I placed an order and immediately found the same exact hats sold by another company at a fraction of the cost. Within 10 minutes of placing my order, I canceled the order. The company responded back to my email, indicating they receive my cancellation, however, they did not agree to not ship the items, and they did not agree to refund my money. Instead, they reassured me that it was worth the extra money because they make a good quality product. I ordered the same exact hats as a fraction of a cost from the other company. The hats arrived. When I followed up uptopco about my refund, they refuse to even acknowledge that I canceled the order or that they owe me money. Instead, they keep asking if I receive the hats. I do not honestly know if the hats I received are from them or the other place. I placed the order. The bottom line is, I canceled my order with them within minutes of placing the order, and they responded right away, indicating that they received my cancellation. Now it is my problem that they may have shipped the hats and not canceled my order. Either way they have my money. Do not trust this company.

Great hat. Just what I was looking for

I bought a 100th Sheep hat, I waited more than a month to arrive and it was totally diferent from what they advertise. It looks like a top quality hat that comes in a box and I received a deformed hat in an envelope totally crushed, imposible to wear. I contacted customer service and offer me a $3.00 reimburse after I payed $37 for the hat. Dont trust this company.

Got exactly what I asked for and in a timely fashion! The hat is so comfortable, I have a feeling that I’ll be wearing it for a very long time!

Don't like being told a product is coming from the USA when its actually coming from China.

I would not recommend buying from this store.

I placed an order and requested cancellation within minutes of completing the purchase. The company's published policy states that orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Despite this, my cancellation request was refused. After several email exchanges and after I referenced their own cancellation policy, I was provided with a tracking number.

My concern is not with the product itself, but with how customer service handled a simple and immediate cancellation request.

If you decide to purchase from this website, I strongly recommend reading their return and cancellation policies carefully before placing an order.

My experience has been disappointing, and I currently have an active PayPal dispute regarding this matter.

The hat is excellent but the package it was delivered with was worrisome. I also wish it was easier to track the item as I didn't know when it would arrive.

Market hats as their own at £20+ when all can be found on temu for £2 or less. Scam

Great hats but slightly upset by the premise that they are produced in the US but I’ve seen that you can buy them for literally 20% of the price you have charged on TEMU so unfortunately they aren’t from the US at all.
