    No problem at all.

    The customer service was absolutely phenomenal, the guys exactly guided me, what I was looking for.
    Although I am unable to change the 4port selector and hot &cold cartridges, they send the links but they were not for the used and already installed insignia shower cabin, still happy with their CS.

    Paid £1600 for a shower and after a…

    Paid £1600 for a shower and after a month we start seeing slight defects and the quality of the build is very poor.

    So far it is good.

    Fitting instructions inadequate. Broken parts

    No mention in the fitting instructions that the bath cannot be fitted flush to a wall as all the internal piping runs from below to above the bath around the outside of the bath. Fittings protrude behind the main control panel. A brass fitting was supplied with a crack, so my fitters were unable to complete the job. No response when contacting the supplier (Insignia direct) about the broken part.

    We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you’ve encountered with your bath installation and the damaged fitting. This certainly isn’t the experience we want for our customers.

    Our baths are designed with integrated plumbing that does require a small amount of clearance from the wall in order to make those final connections.

    Regarding the defective part, I can see that you reached out to our customer service team on Sunday, and they arranged for the replacement part to be sent out today.

    While we’re disappointed to see a 1-star review, please know that we acted as quickly as possible once our team was back in the office after the weekend. We hope the swift resolution helps restore your confidence in our service.

    Premier shower and steam 800mm x1200


    We are delighted with our new shower steam unit.
    It was so easy to purchase and delivered extremely quickly! Seamless!

    Even though our plumber had never installed an insignia shower system before, he managed it easily.

    Our daughter barely waited for the plumber to leave and she was testing the system out, steaming for nearly 30min!!! Whilst listening to her music through the Bluetooth system. (I have since removed the stool, so perhaps she will be in there for a shorter time?)

    The only comment I would have would be to include the 2 or 3 flex pipes as standard and include it in the final price?

    Looking forward to my black foot board insert arriving, to finish the look.
    I would add photos as I love it so much but don’t know how to do it!!

    No problem with insignia but getting a plumber who knows about them is near on impossible round here 😩

    Insignia have been amazing HOWEVER I cannot get my parts fitted because I have not yet been able to get a plumber that knows about insignia showers . Fingers crossed I will soon . I love my insignia showers UPDATE I have had someone to fit the new thermostat And. New knob. It cuts me £100 and niw it’s just lukewarm. He’s niw gone away for three weeks and I don’t trust him to have him back anyway . I am gutted. What do I do now ? So stressing

    It sounds like the new valve has been fitted but the temperature hasn’t been calibrated correctly before the knob was replaced. This quick video guide should help resolve the issue:

    UPDATE! Charging £14.95 to ship £42 part!!!…

    Nothing went wrong but charging £14.95 for a 7 day shipping of a small £42 part is excessive in this day and age. This was the cheapest option as well. Could do a lot better.

    Update. You can see I received a perfectly acceptable explanation of the reason for the charge. If this had been available at the time I clearly would not have been so critical. The actual experience was in line with my previous orders which have been 5 star. I have modified my rating Thanks

    We’re sorry to hear you felt the delivery cost was high. To clarify, your order included a pair of door seals which, due to their length, must be sent via a large-item courier service. Please rest assured that our delivery charges simply cover the cost of picking, packing, and shipping — they are not a profit-making exercise. In this instance, your order was sent via our DPD next-day delivery service, which we upgraded at no additional charge, rather than sending it via Royal Mail. It's a shame you feel all our efforts for £14.95 only deserved 1-star!

    From initial engagement to purchasing the sauna, Insignia were responsive and informative. Steve and Paul did a first rate job of installation and talking me through operation. Having been disappointed by other sauna companies would highly recommend them.

    Needed a replacement steam outlet…

    Needed a replacement steam outlet baffle, thought it was a little on the expensive side, but went ahead anyway. The part arrived well packed, but cracked, got in touch with photos and a replacement part was sent straight away. The shower itself is a real luxury experience and a treat to use.
