The floor creaks, it smells of plastic & leaks onto the floor

We bought our Larvik Quadrant shower cubicle in 2022 and we couldn't have been happier with the delivery and ease of fitting. I fitted it myself and found it to be straight forward and not at all difficult. The unit itself is absolutely stunning and has functioned brilliantly since then. The after sales service matches the product 100%. Kelly and her team answered all of my installation questions without delay. The only times I have had a minor issue with the product Kelly has resolved them quickly and efficiently and probably going beyond what could be expected from any customer service.
I would strongly advise anyone who is thinking of buying a shower like this to look no further than Eden Steam Showers.

You can phone and talk to somone!!I spoke to the owner and a lovely lady who were both very helpful .
Had few things to sort with product but they resent parts with driver overnight arriving very early the next day and im over 100 miles away.
Nothing was too much trouble well worth recommending and their five stars.

Like all things you can have problems with them, the steam generator stopped working, Eden steam showers were absolutely excellent they are sending me out a new steam generator at no cost and the shower was out of warranty, this in my opinion makes this the best place to buy steam showers,

Kelly has been very helpful with questions, and generous to supply replacement glass panel free of charge.

We love the shower, and will use them again if we need another shower

Can't rate this company highly enough. Kelly is extremely helpful. Our fitter had not installed one of these models previously but was very impressed with quality and ease of construction/installation.
Had my first shower in our cabin with monsoon lid and it was amazing. Better shower than in all the 5 star hotels I've stayed in. I will definitely be purchasing another one for my ensuite.

We bought a shower cabin from Eden Steam Showers 10 years ago. The company have been brilliant as far as support is concerned. After recently struggling to source a shower waste pipe that needed replacing I telephoned them for advice, and within 24 hours a replacement arrived at my home. I can't recommend this company enough.

This was our third shower cubicle from Eden Showers and as usual the Customer Service was second to none, brilliant service throughout. Due to an extended period between delivery and fitting it was only when opening one of the boxes that an non obscurred side panel was found, a quick call to Kelly at Eden and a new panel was delivered within a few days, exceptional customer service. Would thoroughly recommend them to others and will use again ourselves.

I have had my Eden Steam shower for many years now. It is the best appliance I have ever bought. On the 2 occasions I have had to request any after sales service, the response has been impressive. Parts supplied free of charge and my compliments to Kelly.

Shower Pod..... The product is excellent quality and assembled well. Needed the capability to move in its local area as space tight in old Cottage for replastering of earlier mistakes made with traditional Shower. It was perfect!

We’ve had our steam shower for over 8 years. An excellent product and outstanding after sales customer service.

Just a great company to deal with. I have two Larvik shower cabinets. One a year old and one more than five years old. Both have performed perfectly. The oldest had started to drip during the night time. One quick call to Kelly and a new valve was at my house two days later. No more disturbed sleep.
If only all companies were as good as eden. I can’t rate them any higher than five but if I could I would.

I have a Larvik Quadrant Monsoon shower unit which I purchased in 2018. This shower has been used extensively in a bathroom by up to 7 people daily (only four now). I have needed new door rollers, which were supplied by Eden and now a thermostat unit also rapidly supplied by Eden. The quality of the unit and after sales services is amazing. This may seem like a very random message after all this time, but I'd just like to thank you for supplying us with a Larvik Monsoon shower back in 2016. Obviously some of the credit goes to us too for making a wise decision :-)

We have already had 8 years of trouble free showers with a family of 5..... that is a very conservative 20,000 showers and it still looks and works as good as new.

There are not many purchases in ones lifetime that carry zero regrets..... this was one of those good decisions.
