Have had nothing but good things from Inov8. Living locally to Staveley we often visit the shop and have recently purchased ROCLITE G 345 GTX V2 for my Tour Du Mont Blanc trip next week. I gave them a test outing this weekend at the new 25km trail run 'Beyond The Lune' in Kirkby Lonsdale and combined with the Inov8 Merino socks they were so comfortable and did a great job. Thanks to inov8 customer services for all there help, they couldn't do enough.

Trailfly purchase and exchange
I purchased the new Trailflys online, in size 6.5 wide fit. This is the size I have always had on previous versions of the trailfly, but although these were plenty wide enough I felt my toes needed a bit more length in the shoe. I took them into the Forge store in Staveley. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and swapped them for me without any problem.
