Arrogant and disrespectful had terrible experience

This company’s advertising is blatantly misleading, and the service itself is completely useless. What was promised and what was delivered are two entirely different things. To make matters worse, when I tried to raise concerns, I found the CEO to be arrogant and dismissive rather than supportive or accountable. Instead of taking responsibility and helping customers, leadership seems more focused on excuses and self-importance. This was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

You bought a product that you can't use because you don't have a legitimate licensed DAW, only an illegally downloaded cracked version. Everyone else who bought the product has it working. The problem lies in the fact that you are using an illegally downloaded and cracked Ableton, and you're surprised that the Ableton Template doesn't work. What reflects even worse on you is that you threatened and used foul language in the email.

Very good Shop

For the promotion time
PsyTrance maga bundle and Ultimate vocal Bundle +Few more bundles!
The packs quality of sounds, presets and DAW template are very good.

A trustworthy shop that I recommend

Since I'm a customer of Innovation Sounds, I purchased 12 packs in total now and I'm totally happy with the quality of the sounds and the organized samples.
Each pack was detailed explained, so you know what you get. Also the previews showing exactly what's inside.
As an addition I have to name the service they offer, they reply very fast and helpful. It's a very trustable shop to buy and recommend.

Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended

I’ve purchased multiple templates from Innovation Sounds, and unfortunately, I had serious issues with two of them. One had missing presets that didn’t load properly, and the other had internal routing problems that made it unusable. I thoroughly checked my setup – the problems were not on my end.

Despite their “100% Money Back Guarantee,” my refund request was denied, and the customer service was unhelpful, insisting the issue was mine.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

You received 19 products for the price of 4, and you only have an issue with 2 out of those 19 products. In both cases, the problem is with the Serum VST, but this issue only occurs on your end, not on ours. Nevertheless, we offered you 2 new products to replace the problematic ones, which we believe is a very fair offer, since you would end up with 21 products for the price of 4. We are still not certain whether your Serum VST is a purchased version or an illegally downloaded one. We cannot take responsibility for issues caused by illegal versions.

There is a time limit on the money-back guarantee. The reason for this is to prevent situations where someone spends thousands of euros with us over five years, and then, after five years, decides that the quality is not satisfactory and asks for all their money back. You reported the problem weeks after your initial purchase. It is interesting that the issue did not come up before then. We assisted you, checked the product, and even offered you two new products of your choice, so your statement that we did not help you is simply not true!

You were the only one who had any issues with these products, even though we have had a large number of sales.
