Marcel and Alex are a credit to their profession. Having dealt with Marcel for most of our property purchase, we found him to be informative and helpful as we where complete novices at purchasing a property in Spain. Always quick to respond to questions we had for him and offering advice too. During the final process of signing etc, Marcel was away but still pointed us in Alex direction who helped us with a number of things. If you’re looking for an estate agent in the area, then I would recommend this company.

Perfect cooperation and execution
Perfect cooperation and execution. The communication and support during the sale of my property were excellent. The work with the notary, bank and the buyer were fully handled by Inmo Invest and without any friction. Many thanks to the Inmo Invest team and especially to Alexander.

Rundum sorglos Paket
Alles hat von Anfang an sehr gut geklappt. Von den Besichtigungsterminen bis hin zur Vertragsunterzeichnung beim Notar. Alle Termine würden pünktlich eingehalten, alle Fragen wurden schnellstmöglich beantwortet und Hilfe die auch nach Schlüsselübergabe nötig sein könnte angeboten. Wir fühlten uns rundum gut betreut - vielen Dank!

A strong partner at your side
Marcel from Inmo Investments has helped me find my dream home for about two years. I am an extremely demanding and not always easy client, but working with him has been a great experience for me from start to end. Everyone is super friendly and very hard working. Um eine Immobilie in einem fremden Land zu kaufen, die man noch nicht live, sondern nur im Videocall gesehen hat, dazu gehört ganz viel Vertrauen. Und genau das hatten wir bei Marcel Braun und dem ganzen Team von Inmo Investments von Anfang an. Tolle Vorbereitung, perfekte Begleitung während des Kaufprozesses, immer ansprechbar! Great Estate Agent who knows the area very well
Inmo Investments have sold two properties for us and also helped us to purchase one in Playa Flamenca area. On all occasions we found the service provided by Alex and his team to be exceptional. The consistently give us good advice and took responsibility for ensuring that the utilities were connected/disconnected and all invoices correctly settled. The know the area extremely well and their multi-lingual team is a real advantage.
I highly recommend contacting them if you are thinking of buying/selling in the Orihuela Costa area, you won’t regret it.
